I ordered two bacon, cheese, and egg croissants. A half dozen of donuts, and small coffee black. The breakfast croissants were flat and tasteless. They were out of most of their donuts by 12:00 am and I was told that they did not have any more coming. (A donut shop that don’t have donuts???) It’s the holiday season, you think they would be cranking out more to match the seasonal demand. The few donuts that they had left was I guess the ones that no one wanted like white icing sprinkle donuts, jelly donuts, and chocolate. I ordered my half a dozen from their limited selection, and they still got my order wrong. I ordered one chocolate donut and got an unappetizing looking sprinkle donut instead. My wife stated that the raspberry jelly donut was plain out gross and overly sweet so I guess the other one will be going directly in the trash can with the sprinkle donut. My order was three glazes, two jellies, and one chocolate. In all due fairness, to this location. I have received better food before, but I have no idea what happen this time. This is only breakfast sandwich I’ll eat on the road. Besides being low fat with good protein, it tastes great. they add something to the eggs to liven up the flavors. it is great food.

New to this shop, but only drive through after 12 noon (staffing shortage?) Seems to be a lot of new staff, that need some training and direction. Ordered a frozen coffee and not sure what I got: was extremely sweet and very thick frappe like, not the usual icy type drink elsewhere. Went inside this morning and they are using kiosk ordering only. One kiosk didn’t have credit card machine, so had cancel order and it again on the machine with credit card machine.
Was hoping this would be my new Dunkin, as moving out here. Will give it a few more trips, or find another location.

Bad bad & bad. Been here 3 different mornings and it’s always:
– Out of cream filled within the first hour
– “We’re done making those for the day” (at 8am)
– Kiosk lets you order stuff they’re out of
You can only ever get the donuts no one else wants because they refuse to restock the popular donuts. So no need to waste time here.
Boss In Vegas
This location is a joke. The manager needs to teach the employees how to acknowledge customers when they walk in the store. I’m literally standing here for over 7 minutes without being acknowledged with the girls right in front of me. Like I understand you’re busy but don’t ignore the customers right in front of your face. Customer service here compared to Chick – FIL – A or Chipotle or other well run fast food joints is night and day…

Interesting that this location will be going cashless starting 10/1/22. They already freed up help by installing self help kiosks. They still had an issue getting a muffin and a donut in a timely manner.

I’m a fan of Dunkin coffee (and who doesn’t like donuts). This place is a convenient location and the folks that work here are very friendly and courteous even when they are slammed. I plan on continuing my weekend routine of coffee and avocado toast for the foreseeable future.

Man this place was rocking this morning!! That manager was getting it done!! Her team was working like a well oiled machine! As a fellow manager I love to see drive, efficiency and happy workers!! This is the ONLY Dunkin donuts I go to in Henderson NV. My Iced Mocha was amazing!!!!!!

Middle of the road donuts, get there early if you want selection. New touch screen ordering does not have all options so sometimes have to ring up manually- very slow. They have one person working the line inside and 4 working drive through, not efficient

Was there at 330 pm and very few donuts. Horrible donut place a shell of its former self just sad if you want donuts go to pink donuts 24 hours always good you can get a classic dozen and they even have speciality donuts if you dont want the clasic you can drop 12 buxks on donuts there or go crazy and spend 40 but it will be fresh and clean . So fresh and so clean friendly staff unlike dunkin where i was the only one there and the staff unfriendly and busy in conversation so i left and everthing that dunkin failed at Pink saved the day Highly recommend Pink Donunts.
