As soon as I walked in, the staff was so kind and attentive. I bought four mochi donuts (and they were delicious when I ate them hours later). They were beautiful and tasty!
$10 for 4. I highly recommend the strawberry one.
The actual layout of this place was beyond cute and very clean. Nothing short of spotless. I was impressed overall and enjoyed their packaging.

Fun and unique spot for coffee and donuts. Donuts are definitely more fancy than they are tasty. They still taste good, but the price is definitely more for how boujee they are. Coffee is really good. I like that they used crushed ice in the iced lattes. I only gave 4 stars cause I was hoping for more flavor in the donuts, but they were just ok. I tried the mochi donuts, ube donut in a cup, and a strawberry shortcake cronut.

We arrived at Gäbi Boutique Donut & Pastry with no line. That was awesome! So, we thought this would be a quick order of the four donuts we wanted and that we would be soon on our way. My order was placed at 11:45 for a Strawberry Mochi Donut. My wife’s order for a Strawberry Cheesecake Cup Donut, Lemon Meringue Donut, and Mango Mochi Donut was placed at 11:46. All four of these donuts were right there in front of us in the display case. Oddly enough, instead of just packaging the donuts and letting us leave, they gave us a number to wait. We waited forever. Waited for four donuts that were right there in front of us. My wife had to remind them that we were here waiting and it had been over 15 minutes. She looked at our receipt and finally began collecting the donuts.
They finally handed us our donuts at 12:03. 17 minutes had passed since my wife had put in her order. 18 minutes total wait for four donuts that were right there in front of us. How frustrating!
We normally go to Carl’s donuts for the best donuts in Las Vegas. Not only are Carl’s donuts cheaper and more variety to choose from, but Carl’s donut has great customer service.
Ultimately, don’t go to Gäbi Boutique Donut & Pastry. Just go somewhere else that has better customer service.

Sensational decor, upscale and cozy. Exquisite and scrumptious selection of donuts pastries, and a wonderful array of drinks. We liked it so much, we took some to go. We will definitely be back with friends in tow, it’s a great space.

Incredible doughnuts including cup doughnuts and mochi doughnuts. Also, they now have croissant waffle hybrids, aka croffles, and cookies. Nice ambiance although I’ve only purchased to treat the office. Friendly staff and innovative and creative flavor combinations.

First time trying this place and I ordered a vanilla iced latte with whip cream and it was delicious. I was afraid of tasting the same acidic coffee flavor from other coffee shops but this one tasted really good, you can taste the quality of their coffee. I am going back to try a hot latte soon. The banana cream cup donut was fresh and the cream filling was delicious.
Customer service was great they probably just need to smile more or be a little enthusiastic but overall great experience!!

My first time at this place. Wow!!! All the donuts looked amazingly beautiful and delicious!!! And they were delicious! The best donuts I’ve ever tasted.The staff are so friendly and helpful! The store is beautiflly decorated. So glad I found this place. Can’t wait to go back.

What a cute little date, grab the kids, grab a snack, need a boost place !!! It’s not a big place so it could get busy fast !!! It’s a little expensive but totally worth something yummy

Went first time this morning. All the donuts looked yummy. We got 5 total. Our order was taken and we were given a number with our receipt…????
My problem with the setup was….Why did we have to wait? The donuts are right there, put them in a box or bag and we’ll be on our way. Had we known we’d have to wait we would have gone another day. We were meeting family members in 10 minutes, close by but didn’t have the extra time to wait. I told the cashier that we had to leave and he immediately put our 5 donuts together for us. We made it in nick of time to meet our family.
I got the terimisu donut..delicious, tried for the first time a mochi donut (mango). It was different but oh my, very tasty.
We will probably return, however I hope they change the policy and pack up the donuts when you order them. If however you are getting a beverage(s) with your order, you might have to wait a few minutes extra. They are new and I’m sure still learning.
I hope to give 5 stars next time
