I go every day at lunch…so 5 days a week. I order the same thing every single time. Some how it’s always wrong. Half the time it’s not even right. So I finally started speaking up because I spend anywhere from $10.00 to $20.00 a day there. Then the girl wants to get mad and be rude because I tell her it’s wrong. She “remade” it and guess what? Still wrong. I’m sorry a frozen coffee should not be white. I taste it and it taste like milk. Although I guess it’s better then last time because that was just syrup and I had to throw it away. Even other workers have told her it’s wrong.

Gotta have my cold brew! It’s pretty good… We aren’t talking artisan coffee here… But you also aren’t having to get a loan, sell plasma or promise your first born to Malificent to buy a cup of coffee!!

Stopped going here awhile back because it was so bad. Tried again today. Waited in line 15 minutes. Ordered. Waited another 5 minutes to get to window. Scanner not working so no points and had to pay cash. Paid and was handed wrong order. Seems my order was never entered into the system. Wait another 5 minutes to get order and must pay more $ than already paid. Seemed the employees were running around like chickens with heads cut off. Yelling at each other. I would not want to work there. Quality of work must be so bad. I’ll drive extra couple miles to hit another Dunkin’

The attitude at the window is ridiculous and horrendous.
All that is missing is gum smacking and head patting.
Please DO BETTER. Be a better representation of yourself.
And keep the point of sale equipment up to date and fully functional.
P.S. I shouldn’t have to travel into the heights for a French Cruller.

Love the coffee..i love that avocado toast,but they put way to much on so I either order it light or just scrape it off.
Staff is nice and accommodating,I went through drive thru and they are on it..so no waiting a million years to get thru the line..and the coffee was perfect their hash round things arent very good though,they arent crunchy at all,in fact they are soggy..wont get those again..

I ordered online thru app this morning. I pull up to pick she states we don’t have your order. Show her my app and my order. Still wouldn’t make it. Here I am at work no coffee. She wouldn’t make and I paid for it already. Terrible location and staff.

If I can give 0, I would. People out here are rude AF. Currently here ordering coffee for the first time since I’m not from the area but I’m never going back. Before you rudely say “HELLLOOO” to your drive thru machine, make sure your customers can hear you talk.

This is by far the most ghetto unprofessional Dunkin around ! Workers are very rude, constantly messing up drinks and doesn’t have a care in the world. Ordered here 3 times this week and Everytime my order was incorrect.

Rude!! With attitude Every day. Everyday the girls that work at this carnegie location have the worst attitude as if I did something wrong to them. As of this review it is 6am 8/26/22. Those girls have the worst attitude everyday. I really don’t like coming to this Dunkin donuts.

Glad to see that they are more frequently opening the indoor section so that people who Order ahead in the app don’t have to contend with the mess in the Drive-Thru Lane.
