I ordered 4 frosted w sprinkles donuts. They take my money then I sit at the window while the two visible workers take order after order. I finally speak up and receive 4 donuts basically plain as the icing is in the bottom of the bag because they put them in there upside down. Last resort stop is now a never again.

11.30 a. m. and there is no toilet paper in the women’s room. I decided to use the men’s room so I did not have to drip dry which there was some toilet paper in the men’s room but it would need to be refilled soon too. I washed my hands and then when I went to dry them there was no paper towels in the dispenser, so I went to use the hand dryer and that was broken and didn’t work.
Isn’t this a new location? I would expect better especially for $5.25 for a breakfast sandwich.
Also I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me the maple bacon not the regular bacon. I kept trying to figure out why my sandwich tasted like syrup.

I received 3 mini pieces of bacon on my sandwich. They won’t answer the phone. I’m over giving them chances
The service is horrible.
Go to the one on Lorain close to Kamm’s. They friendly, they don’t mess up your order.

Unfortunately the have the wrong people running the show, she was picking her nose at the drive-through 8/7 7am than she decided to have someone else to hand me my order this girl is so nasty she needs to be fired i think she’s Indian, the white manger is awesome all the American girls are amazing.

The girl in the bonnet w glasses at the window is the best. I live closer to the other dd but I only come to this one. Drink is always made correctly and staff is nice.

This has been my go to location for years but recently the coffee order I always get has been void of any actual coffee taste. It was like this for three days so I spoke to the manager. He and the staff essentially gaslighted (gaslit?) me. And the app apparently doesn’t allow refunds in store. Frustrating and disappointing.

Im giving it a 2 for this location because several times during the week I go there and order a grilled cheese with bacon.
Unfortunately half of the time, the food maker forgets the bacon. Literally 50% of the time. Then when I say something, they just throw bacon on top of it and its not the same.
I hope management sees this and makes adjustments.
