Excellent service, really fresh donuts and hash browns. The staff also does a very thorough job of keeping the location really clean. Highly recommend and would come back here again.

This used to be the worst fast food place in the area about 5 years ago with workers who had some of the worst attitudes I have ever come across. The food was always burned and the coffee didn’t taste right. You could just tell they didn’t care at all. I went there 3 times and swore I’d never go again. About 2 or 3 years ago, I got a coupon in the mail that said the location was under new management so I tried again. It was a much better experience! Ever since then, they have consistently showed high spirits, great quality food and drink, and they are so fast I never mind waiting in a long line. Even with cars wrapped around the building I’m never in line for more than 10 minutes. There was one time a manager got an unprofessional attitude with me because they did not hear me say I wanted a “coconut milk” refresher – she rolled her eyes and told me that is not what I said and I have to distinct between the two, but I already knew this and was positive I said it. They remade my drink quickly. Because they are usually so great I brushed it off as them being overworked that morning. Keep up the great job guys it’s truly appreciated!

Originally this was a great Dunkin BUT too many passes too many time, and it’s always the guy I’m the picture that’s extremely rude at times…there’s also another guy who snapped one because I elevated my voice after they asked me to repeat order because they couldn’t hear me for the 10th time….he said repeat and speak up and when I did a man who usually passes out orders named REEL said you can leave and take your business elsewhere we don’t have to service you, I said I’m not sure what’s going on in there but you JUST asked me to repeat and speak up…anywho I’m over their bad customer service, I’ll be going to Cleveland heights or north Randall from this moment on.

The nastiest oldest donuts come from this Lee Road location. I just ordered a half dozen using Doordash and the donuts were INEDIBLE. Glazed donuts were so dry it was like I was eating sand…
The ONE Strawberry Glazed I got was DELICIOUS but the rest was GARBAGE. Go to another Dunkin because this Dunkin location is serving bad donuts. IM THROWING THESE AWAY

Zeros stars very rude customer service I pulled up to place an order very nice and and the rude person running the cash register said hurry up we’re closing 10 mins before closing time u come into our community to be disrespectful is disgusting

I won’t spend another dime at this store. The dude with the glasses is rude. I don’t know if they need a new speaker in their drive thru, or they just don’t understand what I’m saying. He gets my order wrong and he always wants to argue about it. Starbucks is better and they don’t give me an attitude.

This location is AWESOME. Twice, our elementary school has put in large orders for coffee, munchkins and bagels for school events. The service was reliable, prompt, personal, and with lots of communication. The orders were delivered to us fresh with the coffee nice and hot. Everything was supplied in the right amounts – creamers, stir sticks, napkins, plastic cutlery. And the most important thing was that orders were delivered ON TIME. We will always go to this location for all of our future orders. Thank you Dunkin Donuts on Lee Rd!!
