I asked for my sourdough sandwich to be toasted, and it’s not. It even looks like it has a bite taken out of it. My hash browns are burnt and they only gave me 3 of them. And of course they aren’t answering their store phone. What a joke.

Went this morning for breakfast and the gentleman who took my order was very friendly and professional. The food was fresh and hot. I will be back. Sure beats the Burger King around the corner at W. 110th. DD’s croissants are far superior.

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had. The manager on duty was loud and rude. 8 people working and no one to help you. And why are all the donuts hiding in the back? How is customer supposed to know what you have? The front cases all empty! Never again.

Line was long, drive-thru was very slow and our donuts were not fresh! We were there around 8:30am so I expected our donuts to be soft and glossy – nope, a little tough and the glaze was crust by the time we got them. Dunkin is getting lazy!

Definitely a debate. 5 start for only one reason… Precious! She is phenomenal. That kind of person that transpires you smiles just because. Very dedicated and professional. I don’t know if she has another persona or whatever. But every time I go I wiiisshhhhh is her at the windows. My kids also look for her. Because other than her… one star! I ordered online once… I gave my name because it was my first time and the employee yelled “we don’t do names give me the number” I understand it was busy but it is a coffee shop at 7 am!!!! Don’t get an attitude because they line keeps backing up. The food isn’t as well prepared. I don’t think they put themselves in the customers shoes to make the food or prepare something edible and “okay”. Either too cold/minimal to barely spread…. You can’t messed up drinks… well they sometimes do ♀️ Thank goodness for Precious! Always smiling! She should run that place and teach her co workers some customer service! She deff deserves a raise!!!!!!

Dunkin’ has really gotten bad nationwide, so I’m not sure this store in particular is worse than others. About half the time I order midnight coffee, I am given original. The donuts always taste day old. The bagels are always warm and untoasted even when I ask for them to be toasted dark.

Pathetic excuse for customer service. The worst possible Dunkin’ in northeast Ohio BY FAR! Nothing but incompetent, rude and uneducated people working there. Waited 30 min for two items that I didn’t even end up receiving and several people who ordered after me got their food first.. bigger orders too! Also when I asked for a refund for my entire order they wanted to have an attitude. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
