This is my ‘Usual Store’. The Staff are great. I don’t know who these other chumps are talking about, when it comes to service being slow or ‘rude’…
All I have to say is, ‘What’s up, Doc?’, and they know my Order. Always correct, Never a long wait, and ALWAYS respectful. Been coming to this store daily for over a year now, and no sign I’ll stop either.

Stopped for an afternoon snack & latte.
Staff was nice, Drink was fine, but the bacon was so flimsy & barely cooked.
Had to wait to eat them untilnI got home..
The first two photos is what I got, the last two is after I put them in the toaster oven!! Then they tasted & looked the way they are advertised.❤

Poor service. There is always a lot of ppl behind the counter including the manager. I literally went in this Dunkin everyday for a week and there was an issue everyday.

2 waiting for my order to be takin with no one in line while employees walk around.

Check your food before you leave or pull off. I have been to this location 4 times, and 3/4 times my order has been wrong. They are also slow paced. If I’m expected to wait long for my food, then I should expect to receive the correct order.

This is the worst DD in the area. If you don’t tell them not to burn your stuff, they will burn it every time. Ask for a large coffee, the charge for a large but fill it up enough for a medium. Northhampton store is way better.

Don’t go here.. short dark haired girl at the window had an attitude.. likes to cuss out the customers and call them names even tho the order was wrong… we did not even get a receipt so we know her name? February 24, 2022 at 3:15pm

Awesome! I go there every week before work and I love their Charlie cold foams! They add caramel and cinnamon! Keep doing what your doing guys! However there is something y’all are missing each week but it’s no buggy since everything is amazing there!
