Have always had good service at this location! Impressed with fast service. Impressed how good the food is, that is not donuts or bakery items. Best value is the sourdough bacon, 2 eggs, cheddar sandwich. Wish there was a Dunkin farther west, in Elkhorn or Valley.

Half my cup is ice even though I clearly ordered less ice. Not sure why I even tried them again. Going back to my regular place next time. I’ve had it with Dunkin’. Not only that but when the guy handed it to me I told him something didn’t look right and the girl working with him agreed with me. You couldn’t tell if there was coffee in it because it was such a light color. He said he stirred it before handing it to me. Sure enough it didn’t taste like a normal macchiato.

Went there this morning to get donuts for tomorrow. They were all out of all the good kinds, they really only had glazed left. Not to mention the drive thru took 25 minutes. JOKE!

I wouldn’t recommend this store. I used the mobile app to order ahead to skip the drive thru line. When I pull up the doors are locked, so I have to call. When they answer I got a very snappy response from the employee that they’re short staffed, I have to use the drive thru. I explained I’m in a hurry, that’s why I selected to walk in. He says they will have someone bring my order out. After a few minutes a lady walks out and explains to me that they don’t actually have any donuts, even though I orders a dozen from the app, and they gladly took my money.

Will not be returning ever again.

Lobby was closed, drive thru line ended up being 35 minutes, the two kids working had no idea what they were doing. They handed me 1/2 of the things I ordered and thought they were done. Asked for random donuts to make it easy on them and half of the ones we got were plain.

I was served by two very nice kids named Ethan and Machine Gun Kelly, and let me tell you, their service was impeccable. My drink was well-made and rather delicious, and my donuts (of which I requested a variety) were both fresh and well-chosen.

I ordered on the app and didn’t show up to pick up my 1 iced coffee for 15 minutes hoping it was ready and still had to wait another 15 minutes or more in line just for them to make it when I got to the front of the line.

This place is literally ran so poorly behind the scenes it’s criminal, the GM Michelle has to be one of the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. Working at this store was the worst job I’ve ever had, very poor training and zero support from the GM. I worked here for 9 months, this place is NOT cleaned the way it’s supposed to be. The mold buildup in the ice boxes we use for cold drinks, the sandwich station had mold and rotting food under it. The ice machine at the time was FULL of black mold and I reported this to HR, the GM denied everything. Which means I had to serve people black mold contaminated ice everyday. The machine that blends the frozen drinks is NOT cleaned properly at all because no one in management wants to clean it and crew members are not trained on how to do this properly which means the little spout that rinses the pitcher after every drink is made is FULL of black mold, I had to literally beg the GM to show me how to clean it. The sandwich station is not cleaned well either, and the morning crew would smoke cigarettes and not wash there hands and make sandwiches for people. Until Michelle is fired or resigns from her position I would not eat or get any drinks here, the staff are all highschool kids with no respect for standards. Your drink or donut may seem fine but behind the scenes with how this place is ran you are probably getting a drink with black mold contaminated ice or a donut that was picked up off the floor when it was frozen and placed back on the rack to thaw since the GM was okay with that back when I was first hired she picked one off the floor and giggled while putting it back in the rack with the other frozen donuts. Have fun eating and getting drinks from here.

Staff is great but having to wait for 20+min to pick up an app order I already paid for is beyond ridiculous. Simply put a table at the door in the lobby for app orders, you still don’t have to open the lobby for dine in. This would at least cut your drive through line in half. Emailed customer service and they didn’t even answer my question just gave me 400 pts. I don’t want point I want to not sit in drive through for 20 to 30 minutes when I use the app you push customers to use. Again staff is friendly and great people this is a management or corporate issue to solve for your customers and employees!
