Dunkin’ Reviews

I’ve been a daily regular customer at this Dunkin since it opened. I had to come leave a review that the new management is amazing coffee and donuts are always extremely fresh. A complete 180 from the last owner. I love the new staff as well they are good at keeping up with Dunkin’s crazy morning flow. Keep up the great work guys!!!

First time in this location. No even one car. Ordered two egg, bacon, cheese sandwiches and a hot chai latte and and iced latte. We end up waiting for 5 minutes because the drinks orders were not right and asked us what flavour we wanted the donuts ???!! The young lady end up saying: “I thought you wanted a hot latte”. Didn’t change our drinks and we end up paying and drinking for something we didn’t ask for.

I typically go to this Moreland location because it’s a tad more “organized” and customer friendly than the location on Candler Rd. Wednesday morning, May 25 I stopped by to get my usual, sausage, egg and cheese croissant with hazelnut & French vanilla iced latte. The latte was delicious as always, but I was unable to fully enjoy my breakfast sandwich because upon taking maybe a 5th bite, I feel something stringy in my mouth. I pull out a long gray a** hair. I’m a black female in her 30s with no gray hair and my hair was in a ponytail on this day so it was not mine! I was immediately disgusted and did not finish my breakfast. I will not be returning.

I never leave reviews- but here I am. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months, multiple times a week. It’s mostly been a positive experience- I place a mobile order and the order is nearly always ready to pick up every time when I arrive. However, it seems as though they need some help lately at this location, as being short staffed causes them to lock both entrance doors and they are asking/expecting people to wait an hour in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order. My suggestion would be to either shut off mobile ordering so people know what to expect in advance or just open the dining room with signs that say “for mobile order pickup only”. If you’re still taking mobile orders- people should be able to access them without feeling rude or like they are inconveniencing the staff for knocking on the door. I know they are working really hard- but that seems like a simple solution for everyone. Locking the doors is just causing more stress for everyone involved.

The service at this location was extremely slow. The only thing that was being served with urgency and consistency was a large order of rudeness and disdain. I ordered a large cold beverage, the ice in the beverage was almost melted by the time I received the beverage. I was told that if I wanted additional ice it would cost me $1.08 extra. WTH…
Anyway, won’t be returning to this location – EVER!!!

Every time I come here, something is wrong. One day they’re out of expresso, the next their frozen machine is down. I give up with this location, not worth making future visits due to constant inconsistency. Not to mention, there’s no true baristas at this location, so every drink will look and taste the same-sweet and milky. Extremely disappointed.

The staff there continued to give me the run around about returning my change back. I was even lied to by an associate about his job responsibilities and asked me to return to get no help with receiving my change back. I can’t return to this coffee shop and receive food from thieves.

My latte was almost entirely made of almond milk. I couldn’t taste anything else. I would have went back, but the line was so long I would have been late for work.

Update: I submitted a complaint in the app, and they provided a free drink as a replacement. This doesn’t change the experience I had at this Dunkin’ location, but I did have a good experience with the company’s customer service and sufficient response time.

I don’t know what’s going on, but the last two times I’ve ordered a frozen Caramel coffee (which is something I frequently order), they’ve been unbearable to drink. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but the next week the same thing happened. Within 15 minutes the frozen coffee turns into a brown/black liquid and is bitter tasting. Maybe one the ingredients is bad or it’s not being made properly, but it’s def a waste of money purchasing it. Really sucks too, because this is on my way to work.

the only thing consistent about this location is how inconsistent everything is made. i often order an iced macchiato, which is supposed to have two shots of espresso as standard, and it’s always a coin toss if it’s
going to have that second shot. if i pay the $1 to add a third shot, it’s almost never there. (look at the image- does that look like three shots of espresso?)
the oatmilk latte was made with almond milk and the girl at the window even said almond milk as she handed it to us, but i didn’t have time to sit around and get it fixed. these kinds of mistakes happen all the time at this location and makes me question the training of new employees.
