Worked a 16 hr shift and wanted a coffee and a bagel. However when I got my “microwaved oven” crossaint with cheese, it was super cold. I always check my food b4 leaving, and especially after spending $14 dollars in Dunkin’ Donuts. It was no1 in the store but myself and a gentleman who only purchased a donut. I proceeded to the counter, and of course typical rude behavior from the staff. Ms DAISHA EMPLOYEE #463007 said that she’s not helping me because I was rude for not wanting to eat a raw and undercooked sandwich & wanting my sandwich reheated or remade. She then proceeded to say I will give you your my money back, after I said I just twice I want my sandwich. She goes off saying she’s the only one working and I said “I see that and I’m the only one in the store” mind you I was just there yesterday and a young lady with glasses was working by herself and had 6 ppl waiting and had no issue with my sandwich then. I understand places are understaffed across the world, but it’s no reason for ppl to be treated rudely as I was this morning. These young workers really need to learn how to handle customers when and if under pressure. Otherwise don’t take on a job that may be to much for you. Myself and others work in healthcare and work long hours,spend money and frequent these places everyday for a quick breakfast or coffee when we’re unable to do so at the time. I will never spend another penny in this rude store again especially when Ms DAISHA the worker can’t handle a simple crossaint and cheese sandwich that my 2 year niece can make for me in her easy bake oven! I usually go to Starbucks down the hall where you’re treated with respect and and receive great customer svc even when it’s 1 employee. Dunkin you guys need to step your game up with better trained and respectful staff, because one bad apple can ruin it for all such as the one I had a bad experience with!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! They will fill the large cups up halfway and forget the other items. This has happened to me multiple times from this location precisely.

Poor management. Short staffed. Guy working made 3 sandwiches ordered after me before pouring my coffee to go, took like 15 minutes from ordering. Only had creamer cups, no half and half. Area was not cleaned, trash on floor, garbage full. None of this is the guys fault, he’s the only one working on a Sunday morning when everything else is closed.

Terrible. Many (not all) of the employees go missing.. as in literally no body there to take your order. Always out of supplies.. cups.. lids.. bread.. etc. Very poorly managed.

Education is needed as far as online ordering. What is the point of online ordering if the staff doesn’t look at the ticket? I ordered at 9:37am and it was not complete until 10:17am, and this was after I mentioned twice that I had an online order and kept getting skipped. Next time I will wait in line. Food was great though.


I don’t think I’ve ever seen people with such Nasty attitudes. The lady at the register took my order wrong, and gave the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager was right there and said nothing. Everyone complains of how nasty the lady attitude is. But, she’s still there every morning being rude and nasty to customers.

I went this morning to grab a latte and a plain bagel with cream cheese. I waited over 15 minutes for these two items while others in line after me received their order before me. Normally, I don’t mind waiting let alone if it’s busy, but understand that I don’t have all day to wait when I’m taking care of patients. However, what really set me off was the horrible attitude and customer service these workers had. These were the same people who served me last time, and I thought it was just a bad day so I shrugged it off… but no. It’s just actually terrible customer service. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

The manager Shierly Collins is weird , and unfair . She shows favoritism to workers and the manger kk is weird and unprofessional. All they do is sit on there phone in the back and front but when certain people do it she doesn’t say anything . I honestly have never worked in a more uncomfortable environment
