Gibson’s Donuts Reviews
Every kind of donut imaginable is here. So many sweet treats to choose. Cinnamon Twist and Carmel Glaze were winning with us! Not to much we got a dozen that was still fresh and tasty days later. Yummy yum yum!

Wife & I stopped here for breakfast on our way out to continue our road trip. Large selection of donuts and very fresh. Atmosphere was super fun & relaxed. They’ll even give a quick rap about their selection if you happen to catch them at the right time. Just an overall fun crew and experience. Definitely recommend dining in to experience the interactions with the clientele. Also, the Pineapple Fritter is a MUST try.
YOU HAVE ARRIVED!! Welcome to the single-best donuts you will ever eat. Gibson’s always has the main favorites, but they also do a variety of seasonal like Mardi Gras. You will enjoy the people who love working there.
I came all the way from South Carolina to try these doughnuts out and I was not disappointed!! The crew was super friendly, the restaurant had a great family like atmosphere and the doughnuts were some of the best ones that I have ever had!!! The glazed doughnuts were so good that they just literally melt in your mouth. They had a wide variety to choose from. It was a tough decision to decide on which ones to try! I highly recommend stopping here if you are ever in Memphis!❤️❤️❤️

Gibson’s Rocks, Thanks Zac, for the tasty donuts and friendly service. They have a wide variety, I see why there is almost always a line. Worth waiting for.

These donuts are extremely different. They give you more of a cake feeling than a donut feeling. I will say my favorite one was the classic glaze donuts because they just gave me everything I needed. But of course we had to try the different types so we let the employee choose the different types that we should try I’m gonna say very interesting was definitely experience it’s more of a dry donut I give you three stars because I expected more but overall it was just OK. FYI I tried the bacon doughnut and it was not what I anticipated again different styles and flavors but does not meet expectations!
Gibson’s Donuts features very good quality doughnuts at a good price. The service gets an additional callout as the employee’s are very welcoming and helpful. 5.0
I love Gibson’s. But times are tough so I just get the day old donuts. Last month I got charge $3 and change for 5 fritters (im in heaven). But today, I got charge $5 (cinnamon maybe) for 5pcs day old donuts. Even when I get the fresh donuts before, for some reason each person charges differently for the same 6 flavor I order.
This is worth going out of your way for.
The good: Open 24/7. They make regular donuts really really well. They’re in the “style” of Krispy Kreme just made better and tastier. Not like the cakey kind of donuts like Dunkin.
The meh: this place is not a secret. Very busy and crowded. I never looked at calories of the donuts because I was too scared to.
The bad: none!
My former student took my friend and I to Gibson’s Donuts and I was so impressed. I’m not a pastry eater but I was blown away when I tasted the glaze donut, the blueberry cake donut and the cinnamon roll. They melted in my mouth and they were so fresh even the next day. The staff was so friendly and even gave us a rundown of all their specials. I will certainly be going back. And if you are in town make sure stop by and enjoy a fresh donut.
