Just ordered the Go Nuts box and these are so good. My favorite donut is Normally the peanut butter and jelly one. We stop by Sunday Morning to pick out some interesting flavors. I haven’t tried the bacon donut yet

I was excited about this location since it’s closer to home and wanted to get the special Mother’s day dozen but it was a big mistake. I knew it was going to be pretty busy being that it was Mother’s day so I made an online order for pick up and was told it be ready in 35 minutes, I showed up about 5 minutes before my order was ready and the place was jammed packed full of people. I wasn’t even sure where the line started for pick up orders because everyone was just all over the place so I patiently waited almost 20 more minutes before going to counter to ask about my food, tickets were on top of tickets and the kids working in this place were literally arguing over who was supposed to be making which order so it was very chaotic and the donuts just weren’t coming out fast enough because they were starting orders and then stopping to start another order in the middle of making others since so many were complaining and a lot of orders were getting delayed, several people around me had online orders that said they have been waiting an hour or more and yes I know hard to believe but I literally waited over an hour myself. I had two breakfast sandwiches that they gave to me 30 minutes before my dozen donuts came up and both were supposed to be on bagels but were on donuts and obviously cold once home. I paid extra for added cheese and bacon on one sandwich and didn’t get it. The donuts were nice and hot but once I got home I realized it wasn’t the Mother’s day dozen so someone got our donuts and we got someone else’s or because of the rush they were just made incorrectly. Luckily my kid’s aren’t picky but still upset we didn’t get the right donuts at almost 20 a dozen. Two of the donuts didn’t even have any toppings on them. I tried calling but no answer which I knew was a waste of time. Lacking any kind of manager at this location was not a good choice especially for Mother’s day! The staff need training in how to be more organized. Trash was literally overflowing on to floor and they continued to throw trash that would just fall back on to floor since trash was so full. Very dissatisfied and won’t be returning to this location again.

The donuts are good when they’re made correctly. Every time we go to this location we end up waiting at least 30 minutes. Usually it’s close to an hour. At this point it’s just not worth it. Today we ordered online, went to pick them up and was told it would be a couple hours. During the 15 minutes we were there, not a single donut was put together.

Last two visits here were not great. We were not helped after waiting for nearly 5 minutes. We were not talked to at all. Instead, 2 workers filled online orders and didn’t give us time of day. So we left and I called to complain. They were defensive and not apologetic. Also lied about welcoming us or saying anything to me or my kids. I used it as a lesson to my kids of how customers should be treated. We went to peace love and donuts and had an amazing experience! Do not go here unless you have to. I suppose online ordering is fine but we felt unimportant and there was nobody in line!!

Lets start with the good, Donuts were amazing as always! However I had to wait 45 minutes for my dozen donuts to be finished. The staff is completely unorganized and was literally fighting over whom was supposed to get donuts as they came off the conveyor. The member started making my dozen when they ran out of donuts, noone checked the machine to see they were out of dough. Then as the donuts became available a different employee started making 3 additional orders that were ordered after me and online instead of finishing the order that was already in work. Then they began to fight about who the donuts belonged to and literally took the donuts out of each others boxes. During this time I watched them also throw away 2 1/2 dozen donuts they made with no explanation as to why.. They ended up finishing the other 3 orders prior to finishing my order and then exclaimed your order will be ready soon. Again this was 45 minutes after I ordered in the store at the counter. There was no apology for the amount of time it took or compensation. Will most likely drive the extra 5 miles to get my donuts from a different store. Sad b/c they are right around the corner from me and my family really enjoys these donuts.

My daughter wanted a donut cake, but to also infuse her love of the musical Hamilton into her birthday celebration. So we got a dozen bacon donuts with different icings (maple, chocolate and strawberry), and added in the Hamilton decor – it was amazing and made for one happy 12 year old!
We discovered Duck Donuts a few years ago while in NC, and I am SO glad to see that they’re becoming more popular here in my hometown of Hampton Roads!

You have to wait for the donuts because they make them fresh. Highly recommend!!

The guy that was taking my order was not interested in taking it AT ALL. I said good morning as I came in, no reply. I figured he might not have heard me so I said good morning again as he looked me in the eyes to take my order and no response. So I just proceeded to place it bc it was not for me, but had it been for me I would have just left. The wait afterwards was not long and the girls making the Donuts were nice.

I wait for 40 minutes in line before I walked out. If you own this business STEP UP. They need help! There were only 2 teenagers and they are completely understaffed. Owner needs to take ACCOUNTABILITY!

Friendly staff, doughnuts cooked to order, and great coffee to go. What’s not to like? Some may say roughly $30 is too much for 2 dozen, but these are artisan quality. Take a few boxes to a meeting or event and people will know you love them. Plus it will look like you planned days in advance. Rich, satisfying, and flavorful. Do yourself a favor and stock up on the maple bacon!
