Horrible employees. Replace them with machines already. 20 min in a drive then for a coffee and box of donuts is ridiculous. The young man was cocky and arrogant. Replace this staff for hard working or you’ll lose business I promise with these clowns.

Went in the afternoon with the grandchildren. The service was horrible! The location wasn’t one of the cleaner locations either. This was the third visit with the same experience. We were told they didn’t serve a certain item, upon calling we found out they did. We didn’t get what we paid for which was a latte. There’s a difference between latte and ice coffee. Also no receipt. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I had a bad experience in the drive thru by which I didn’t get the amount of donuts I’d paid for. The manage rectified this problem on a future date by which he came to my place of employment and brought the order in with balloons for free. So that was a great thing out of that!

Had a great time! Donuts were awesome and fresh as well as the coffee. The young gentleman who helped us out was very kind and speedy.

Service was extremely slow and they forgot my coffee. 6 donuts and a coffee that didn’t taste like Carmel or Mocha. I love Krispy Kreme donuts just not this location’s expedient service.

This Hass to be by far the slowest Krispy Kreme on planet earth! Every time I visit this establishment prior to work in the mornings I could never get any service unless I show up at least an hour early; otherwise I would have to get out of line because it’s taking way too long. One day I ordered two donuts and waited in the drive-through line with no one let me in the line for over an hour but I had already paid. Management please do something

Would not serve me after i stood in the drive though line for 15 mins. Because i am a truck driver and could not fit my truck in the drive thought. The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and had a terrible attitude and should be replaced..

I usually go to Dunkin’ Donuts, but went to Krispy Kreme because my friend suggested it. Bought a cinnamon apple filled doughnut. When I bit into it, was disappointed that I didn’t taste the apples. So I opened it to see how far down the filling was placed. Thank goodness I did because not only was there a very minimal amount of filling, there was a black bug crawling in it! Yikes!!! Yuck!!! I’m outraged and disgusted.

Management and service is terrible. They just leave customers sitting outside. Bad attitudes. I don’t know what they are doing in there. This is my 3rd and last bad experience there. The one woman manager is the meanest one. Hopefully someone higher up does something to save the location
