Finally was able to stop in for a par baked pizza. I ended up getting the 414 but I added to it since I had to use up a bunch of toppings at home. The only thing I wish brute had was truffle oil. One of my favorite toppings on a pizza. Crust was crispy and a little chewy. Exactly how I expect this type of pizza to be. The best thing about this pizza is that it warms up nice. Was able to eat on the delicious pizza for 3 days.

Great pizza! Soft sourdough crust, premium toppings, and amazing flavor. I got the Three Cheese and added pepperoni.
We did curbside pickup and it was smooth.

I have truly never felt the need to leave a review. We picked up a PPPP pizza, one of their signature offerings, tonight. Every bite is literally a party in my mouth! The crust is slightly charred and wonderfully crispy on the fragile edge and perfectly, deliciously chewy on the inside. I could eat this every day!

I can genuinely say this is the best pizza I have had in Milwaukee, and definitely competes with (if not beats) the best of pizzas I have had in other areas. The pizzas are made to such a high quality and have flavor combinations that are simply delicious… I feel like a lot of pizza places can get away with making everyday pizzas simply because pizza is good itself haha however, you can tell this pizza has had legitimate thought and care put into the flavor combinations and ingredients used. Absolutely gourmet pizza and for very reasonable pricing.
On another note, the staff is also incredibly kind and the salads are killer too! Haha just as much thought has been put into the side dishes as the main pizzas, another thing that sets them apart.

Very limited seating on site, but we ate early so no trouble getting a table. Had the Margarita with sausage, the Ceasars salad and Sprecher Root Beer. Each were so good. Loved the sour dough crust, Baked perfectly with a little char to add a good bitter dimension to the flavor. The basil was so fresh its amora swept over each bite. The sausage added a wonderful taste. Highly recommend.
