I love this place! All of their items are fresh and great taste. When I am running late in the mornings I grab a lunch sandwich which are humongous for the price and a dragon fruit ice tea! Their donuts are delicious and fresh. They grind their own coffee and their ice coffee is delicious. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone grabbing a quick bite. Their staff is fast and efficient!

This is BY FAR the BEST Bosa location within 15 miles! They even have my FAVORITE donut: Maple glazed buttermilk bars (NO ONE EVER HAS THOSE!). They did amazing keeping the donuts replenished and it was VERY clean! Staff is young, but they are hard working. I drive past three other donut places just to come here!

The donuts and food are absolutely delicious. The service at this location today was rude and unfriendly. I ordered donut holes and a breakfast sandwich and a large drink. The short Asian lady after making my sandwich asked how i got a drink and i told her i ordered it and one of the girls gave it to me. She yelled at me and said i didn’t order it and demanded money.
I paid for it while she argued with me that i never asked her. Very rude and unfriendly and she needs to learn customer service. You can tell the staff does not like her as the young American workers where not very friendly and she was rude to them.
I am also filing a complaint with the labor board as i feel this is a hostile work environment and they need to interview the staff to see if ownership has an issue.
Sad to see people treated so poorly by someone who is very rude and lacks the capability to mange a store.

The place is beautiful and clean inside.

Wonderful experience this AM. I was having a bad morning and the girls working today turned it around. I had donuts from Bosa many times but today I got the bacon egg and cheese sandwiches on a croissant. It was the most delicious breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The only improvement I’d ask for is a packet of hot sauce.

My kid loves the donut from here. Donut tastes fresh and delicious. Once I have to go few mins before the closing time and yet they took my order with a Happy face. Happy to be a customer here.

I come here every morning for my coffee. Overall I think the young folks are great at customer service. However the short Asian lady just has a terrible attitude and doesn’t even greet you. Lady you need to work on your attitude, and very sad to see you look annoyed. Don’t make our mornings start off on a bad note.

The staff here are so sweet and accommodating. My car broke down and they let us sit here until the tow truck came and our ride came. They were helpful and offered us water. 100% recommend.

ZERO STARS ⭐️ employee refused too let me wait inside with my Service Animal I had too wait in the hot sun &” I just think it was very unprofessional, if they had an issue with my SA they should’ve let me know before letting me pay for everything. Seriously I love Bosa but this location had really rude workers I’ll definitely never go back.Service &” food was trash

Bosa donuts is really great. If you haven’t had their apple fritter definitely try it. It’s the best one that I’ve ever had. I really like this place because I can come early before I go into work cuz they open at 5:00 a.m. and that’s really nice. Every time I’ve been in the staff has been great. Stores been clean and they’ve always had the apple fritters. Our church gets donuts from them every week and you really can’t beat them.
