Amigos/Kings Classic Reviews
Love the crisp meat burritos! The staff is super nice and helpful here. Price is pretty reasonable! I like how clean the restaurant was! We had a lady come out and check on us when we were eating and she asked us if we wanted any crispitos and we said yes! She brought some fresh ones out to us! Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family! Will be returning myself when I come back home to Nebraska to visit!
We ordered two nachos and a cheese frenchie. I must say first of all the nachos were loaded but totally terrible the chips were stale and the cheese was the worst like not even real, The frenchie was very small and tasted bad. Overall the food was not worth the $21.00 we paid for it. Very disappointing we have decided not to go back here again.
Tried coming to eat here once but the lobby was closed. After reading more reviews on this establishment, it seems that the lobby has always been closed. Don’t come here if you don’t have a car or if you want a place to sit and eat your meal.
Why would anyone Patronize a business that still has not opened up indoor seating. Covered the windows and all… Absolutely rediculous….
Great for snacks or a full meal or just coffee or a shake. The staff are smart and caring!
I’m sad they removed the crab thing from their menu, that said, I love the crispy meat burritos. I also ordered an enchilada meal and was disappointed that a drink isn’t included with the meal, so I had to order a rather expensive drink.
Lily was amazing at the drive thru window. Very happy and made my day. With a shortage of help and a lot of unhappy people in customs service, she should be a blessing, for the Amigos family
4 out of 5 – because they didn’t give us any napkins or forks in the bag, but the food was hot and tasted great.
As a frequenter of Amigos establishments across the city and through the years, I’d like to think that I am qualified to cast stones here, and regrettably that is what it has come to.
Ive been to this location about 5 times in the last year since I started working nearby, always during slow times as that is when I’m odd work.
The quality of food is inconsistent. Sometimes passable, sometimes not. Service is passable as well, but only just so. My food will be forgotten sometimes, but I’m always taken care of when it is.
This would all be fine enough if it weren’t for this location being the home of the franchise headquarters. I feel and would hope that this location should be held to a higher standard and have to wonder if the presence of the corporate office is affecting the service here negatively as every other amigos I’ve been to in the last year has had significantly better food and service than this one.
Specific comments to food quality, cheese bucket sits forgotten with a thick layer on top that must be scraped away, tacos are molten from excess heat and sometimes soft tacos baked to a distasteful crisp.
The employees themselves seem to be nice people and earnest, however this place could benefit from better leadership to guide it to success.
I do like their music selection. Haha… Thats something.
Got the fast package crisp burritos and Soft tacos. Little expensive but alot of food and very good. Next time will just get the tacos they were big.
