The extra star is for Cesar! He was amazing. I had a big order and he was patient to take down all the order correctly according to the taste we like.
He was super attentive and respectful with everyone around and while we were waiting for our drink as well.
All the drinks came out perfectly!

Love this place , they always make the drinks right- and they works there buns off! It’s a very busy Starbucks considering it’s a drive thru. So be ready for the parking lot to be packed, 8am- 12:00 seem to be the busiest of times.

They were rude at first had to remake my drink gave wrong order the first time I ask for bag so I could carry my food I am on crutches. I was told they only give one bag a day to customer I spend at least 200$ a month at Starbucks there customer service has gone down covid is giving everyone excuses to be mean

Worst Starbucks Experience Ever. I came in and ordered 2 Dragon fruit drinks. After I ordered I patiently waited for THE 20 MINUTES it took to get my drinks only for the lady to say…..”Sorry I forgot to tell you we are out of the dragon fruit.” So I took my drink and left very disappointed only to find out after taking a sip they put mango lemonade even though we said no to lemonade. Thank God I noticed because my mom who the other drink was for is very allergic to mango. OVERALL HORRIBLE IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

Went in for a quick chai tea, out of it, waited over 10 minutes for a ied tea concoction, they need more staff. Also, restroom was not very clean.

This location seems to always be out of stock on most of their items. My orders were always incomplete so I stopped coming here for a few months finally decided to give it a try on Sunday and went in the drive thru, well I was stuck because they didn’t have what I wanted and now I had to wait in line. So today I decided to go inside to place my order and they are out of what I want. Cashier said it’s because of the shortage but it’s been an ongoing issue since I can remember. Management had to do something about it! I went to the location on Morada lane and asked if they had all the pastries and breakfast items and they said yes. So it’s not a shortage issue it’s a management issue!!!

Horrible. Never have I had a bad customer service experience here. All new staff it seems but you can’t just ignore customers. It’s not just me who has had this experience but some of my friends had similar complaints. Manager and all other associates just looked at me and ignored me as I stood at the counter trying to order.

Store was very dirty. Trash all over the outside of the building and inside. Customer service was not that great. Very disappointing! Expected a better experience from Starbucks. Not all Starbucks are the same.
