I ordered a cupcake cake with four flavors for 50 people and it was amazing everyone loved it at the party. They listen to allergy concerns, icing was not overly sweet, and the cake was moist and delicious. They work with you and are very accommodating. The cake is so cute and the center was made of Rice krispie treat and it made it even better!

The cake was very good and moist! She is very busy so to start communication took long but once she gave me her cell to text it went well! Ask about delivery up front I didn’t and had to scramble to find someone to pick cake up. But other than that I highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love this bakery! This is the 3rd cake I have ordered from here and she does a fantastic job every time! The only complaint I have this time is I ordered a strawberry and banana cake and it barely had any in there.

Ordered some cupcakes for a family member here, and they were incredible. Apparently, Fizz Bakery has been voted best in Stockton several times. I can see why. They also sell scratch made cookies and pastries. It looks like they make custom cakes as well. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality bakery in Stockton.

This place has changed! It’s not like it used to be. Before they actually valued customers but sadly now they ignore them. I emailed Fizz bakery asking if they could do a custom cake for my 4 year old daughter. They replied 2 days later saying to send the details and they’ll let me know. I sent all the necessary details along with lots of pictures of what I wanted and I never heard back. I emailed them again a few days later and after a whole week now they haven’t bothered to respond. Their in person customer service is even worse. Any time you stop by the bakery the front desk girl just barks at you. This place is sadly just way overrated now.

Been meaning to post this for awhile, Pumpkin rolls and Blueberry Scones are outta this world, cinnamon rolls are incredible and the cookies stay moist and soft for days, I love this place and they have excellent cakes and cupcakes for large events

Everything is amazing! The ladies there are super sweet too. If you go early they have half off day old goods. They made my God son’s first birthday cake and it was so adorable and tasted great.
