Everyone !!!!
Open your hot drinks before sipping into them. They are Literally scamming everyone. This drink below is a Tall and this was what I received. This is not the first time this has happened in this location and when bringing this up to them they don’t give a “F”. The night shift is a mess. They all definitely need more training. What’s really sad is that this Starbucks used to be really good.

One of the worst Starbucks in the av, every single time I’ve come here they never seem to have the ingredients. Once they didn’t even have frap bases, that’s a large portion of the menu in itself im restricted from ordering! The employees are nice and service has been decent but do not come here for your favorite drink because 95% of the time they won’t have it.

Sloooowwww. Do not come here if you are in even the slightest time restraint. Ordered ahead and 30 min later could still see the order sticker with my name on it not even touched by a barista. Tickets not grabbed in the order they are received. Also, difficult to get in and out of the location. Coffee was good if you have a lot of time to spare.

Never fails..They never seem to have the ingredients to make the drinks I order no matter what it is.. I change it and then told they’re out of mocha .. it’s really annoying after waiting 30mins in drive thru. It happens often here this wasn’t a one time experience.

I loved the experience today! I needed coffee because the one half caff coffee from this morning wasn’t enough and as q nail tech I love my coffee ^_^ but i couldn’t decide what I wanted very quickly, and also bought a sandwich. (always ask what they have left that way you can choose ) and not only was the service wonderful and splendid, apparently they wanted to leave me a note on my sandwich bag saying I was a splendid customer definitely blessed

Business very understaffed for the volume of customers that it sees.
Every time I go there’s a very long wait with long lines… BUT, the employees are moving efficiently at top speed.
In fact the employees are always kind, professional, and energetic…
The long waits honestly seems like a managerial and staffing issue.
Low rating to catch the attention of business.
In short, your employees are top quality, but it appears your managerial tactics with staffing are very poor.
Please give current employees a raise and offer higher wages to attract new employees… Please don’t revert to the “Nobody wants to work anymore” as a response either. Thank you.

Really quiet and has a nice atmosphere and love the coffee. The reason for the two stars is because a worker (female but don’t know the name) who was in her teens has made fun of my lisp while I was ordering a coffee. She repeated my name and added the lisp and chuckled as my brother and I walked to our table.

I guess they’re out of cream today I just ordered 2 drinks. an undertow It had no cream in it and a cup of coffee With cream in it and didn’t get cream in either of them. I think they’re out of cream today
