This is our go to bakery for all our celebrations!
My family and I love it because the cake is soft, not overly sweet and the frosting does not get hard like the supermarket cakes.
Definitely recommend! You will not regret it

We love this bakery so much.They have the popular sponge cake and also a very savory not too sweet tres leches cake.
The bakery is owned by a very hardworking couple who are very nice and they are always willing to accommodate clients even with same day orders (within 2 hours for sponge cakes). We tried this bakery by recommendations of a few family friends who live in the AV area, and I am very glad we did

This is a simple but delicious cake u like others. The frosting is a whipped creamy topping not too sweet just perfect. I do think the price is too high for the sponge cake and filling but I guess as long as people keep paying for it, they will keep raising the prices.

Very delicious cake, friendly staff and quick service. Store is still set up for covid regulations, gave masks required for entry, they accept orders forsame day pick ups if cakes are available too.

I personally cannot say anything about the baked goods, because i haven’t had them. I just witnessed the owners both litter in the street . I was sitting outside waiting for my son to finish his jui jitsu lessons and the man canme our to sweep the trash Infront of his store but instead of picking it up and throwing it in a container, he sweeped it into the street. Then 10 minutes later a woman came out to clean her windows with Windex and a paper towel and then she purposely threw her paper towel in the street. I cannot support a business that doesn’t respect our town. In my opinion they’re trash!

Fresa’s is always our GO TO place for cakes! We moved across town and still drive to Fresa’s for our birthday cakes! Definitely give them a shot! You will not be disappointed!

The best tres leches cake I ever had and it’s from this place moist, soft, NOT TOO SWEET, JUST PERFECT!!! . Reasonable prices , delicious and good location. I really recommend this place , nice people and yummy cakes. Our family favorite place for every occasions.

I live in Arizona and I’m down here in Lancaster with family we purchased a cake for my sons 1st birthday and let me tell you we where all blown away by how delicious and moist the cake was. We are definitely gonna by our cakes here from now on

$40 for the quarter sheet strawberry filled cake. Cake is soft like sponge with whip cream. Not too sweet. Mine had no almonds. I wanted to buy the 12 pecan cookies that were left, but owner didn’t let me buy them. He said he had to have enough left to sell to incoming customers, he would sell me 6??? Say what? The butter cookies are really good though.
