I was in a bad way last night and really needed air for a tire. The air machine DIDN’T WORK – I went inside to let them know, the lady was so lazy she wouldn’t even get off of her chair to speak with me. She said “not my job” – apparently customer service isn’t her job either as she was too lazy to at least put an “out of order” sign on the pump. She was not helpful at all and didn’t care. I do not plan to be back

I tried the food at the drive through restaurant it was actually pretty good. I got an order of the chicken and waffles, breakfast to go cup, and a caramel macchiato. Highly recommended all, especially the chicken and waffles. Touch screen service at drive thru and a friendly associate is waiting for you at the pick up window. This is an awesome stop for a quick breakfast.

The store restrooms have been out of order for some time now, the restroom is filthy, the same Doo Doo been on the plunger in the corner of the restroom for months, straight dried.
The staff are rude and very disrespectful is speaking to customers. I am a frequent patronizing customer are consumer of Sprint. The staff lied about the breakdown of the restrooms, and all are stating they called about the restrooms , but its new years; when IN FACT, THE RESTROOMS BEEN OUT OF ORDER SENCE LAST WEEK, FIRST THE MENS NOW THE LADIES, AND NOW BECAUSE THEY DON’T WANT TO CLEAN THEM;
THIS SPRINT STORE LOCATION NEEDS A WHOLE NEW STAFF!!!!!

Had a sign advertising redbull 3 for 7.55 was close to 10.00 when the lady rang me up. Thier answer, thats REDBULLS sign NOT ours ! theyve had this sign up for atleast a month, the manager could and should have honored the lower price. Thats false advertising and not honest.

Terrible service and now that they’ve been bought out, the Super Saver cards often don’t work, so you are prevented from getting the competitive (discounted) price for gas. Avoid!

This store is very clean and convenient and professionally staffed. The staff here is absolutely phenomenal. Never been to a convenient store quiet this nice. Hope it stays this way. They also have some great food and coffee. The baked goods are really delicious (except the kiosk cookies they were selling that were so good are no longer being sold) and that’s one of my reasons to go in this store. I didn’t realize they were for a limited time. I will still shop here because of all the other great products they offer and the friendly and welcoming customer service they provide. Special thanks to the owner for giving us finally a nice clean and friendly place to shop and go..whether on the way to or from home.

After attending US Army Graduation ceremony at Fort Gordon Augusta GA, we were looking for a restaurant for a quick bite. And we turned to Sprint Foods.
They allowed us to bring our own food.

This sprint is so inconsistent and the workers are unprofessional. Cashiers are drinking drink and eating while cashing you out. The rules constantly change. They have no signs about the free drinks for healthcare workers displayed and when asked about it they catch an attitude. The store is filthy and so is the parking lot!!
