My favorite donut shop! The hours are convenient & the donuts do not disappoint. These donuts are hot, fresh & delicious! Makes me wish we would have one in North Bossier. Today I had cake donuts for the first time, it was recommended by the nice lady at the register. The cake donuts did not disappoint either. Recommend!

What has happened to this this place? It used to be good. Worst donuts ever. Greasy and tough donuts. Filled donuts were awful. Threw away $8.00 worth of mixed donuts and went to McDonald’s for breakfast.

I called this location to place my order so I wouldn’t have to wait, asked to pay over the phone (which I had previously done) was informed that their policy had changed & this was something they no longer could do. Which was fine. When I walked in there was a customer being helped so I kindly waited for someone to assist me. When the sweet girl asked me what could she do I said ‘I’m here for this order then the worker that took my order started talking about me as if I was there staying ‘girl gonna say I’m here for this right there and can’t just walk in sayin I’m here for the call in order. I then calmly said ‘I was waiting for someone to assist me since yall are busy’. She then told me ‘we can’t read minds we don’t know why you’re here.’ I completely understand having a bad morning but this customer service is completely unacceptable. I was understanding on the phone conversation thinking we all have bad days but this woman was just flat rude and going out of her way to let everyone know. If I could leave a negative star review it would be -10. I cannot find the owners number or managers number so I am leaving my experience here.
