Shipley is very mediocre. The donuts are okay but not the best ,and the cinnamon rolls are not good. However, the donut holes are fantastic and I’ll still go here once in a while since it still has decent and cheap donuts. And I’ll certainly get the donut holes often

I love the old fashioned cinnamon rolls but can’t eat them due to nuts here. The other cinnamon roll they offer just is not the same, it taste more like a donut.

Clean, quick, good service and tasty donuts. The parking situation is a bit weird, and you’re 100% crossing the drive-thru lane to come inside, but they’re moving people through here efficiently, and I’ll reiterate: tasty donuts.

The people at drive thru are so extremely ugly and rude. Lady did something to my wife’s coffee and threw my card at me, got it all on video. So unprofessional and rude. Will never return again! And they continued to laugh like something was funny when they got my order wrong, when someone repeated the order to me CORRECTLY, and still got it wrong on the receipt. They will spit in your food and do things to your drink’s, don’t trust them. I have pictures of the food they gave me and I will be reporting it to headquarters along with the video of the lady throwing my card at me.
