Their customer service is fantastic! They were so friendly and quick-all smiles.
The donuts are delicious! I’m not a big donut person, but these are definitely some of the best that I’ve had. They have a pretty large variety and all of them looked good. Way better than KK and DD.

The blueberry cake donut was good but nothing else was. The donut holes are not actually rounded individual balls but more like a donut cut up but glazed all together. I did not like the flavor of the apple fritter. I have had the fritter at 2 other location and loved them. The kolaches were not proportioned well. Tiny sausage in so much (very dry) bread. The man at the registered had on gloves as he is punched in the order, took the card, grabbed the dounuts, then with the same gloves proceeds take our order and card.

These folks are on the ball! Our recent visit was on a busy Friday morning, but the team of servers were amazing at getting people checked out quickly and easily. Wide selection of donuts and sausage rolls…all great quality. This is our new go-to place.

In Texas I grew up with Shipley Donuts because Krispy Kreme wasn’t here. My favorite has always been the chocolate filled and these did not disappoint!

Best tasting donuts at a slightly cheaper price than Dunkin Donuts. They have a friendly patient staff there. Varun in particular is outstanding and courteous. Thank you Shipley for following me from Houston to arriving in my proverbial backyard in McKinney!

Great service and extremely sweet staff. Came here for the first time via the drive thru on the way to the airport to pick up my mother. The gentleman who was working the window was super sweet, made sure I got a fresh donut to bring to my mom. That’s the kind of care and service you want out of a place like this. Will absolutely be coming back! Not to mention the coffee and donuts were great! (get the spicy kolache..SO good)
