Found an eye lash on my Kolache. When I brought it to their attention they acted like they didn’t see it. I had to stop her and ask “Don’t you see it?” & Pointed to it. She still pretended not to see, didn’t apologize, just took the hair off & gave me a new one…….

Coming from out of state Shipley’s has a great glazed donut. Never had a kolache before, but nice soft fresh bread with a good sausage. Might be generous as an outsider, but I’ve become a big fan. Located right under Morton’s I think, if you’re not familiar with the tunnels just go down the escalator.

I’m just sitting here waiting for 1 dozen of glazed donuts ridiculous they are too rude to be unprepared on a Friday they have 4 more mins before I cancel unbelievable they could at least be pleasant with the incompetence this is a busy location and the hours are limited no excuse

We didnt realize the donut shop was actually underground, so it took us a couple times around the block to find it. We tried the blueberry filled and the chocolate cream filled. The blueberry was excellent, but the chocolate barely had any cream in it, was a little stale, and pretty bitter. I’d go back, but I’d probably stick to the fruit filled options.

I came just because they sale beignets and i came to the conclusion that they’re highly overrated, but their glazed donuts are good.
