I came to the store today at 3:40 p.m. and no one was in there even though their business hours say they’re open. I checked the windows and there wasn’t a sign saying they’re closed for the day. It was snowing today but at least leave a sign outside saying you’re closed due to weather.

They’re open now and it’s my first time at a shipleys. We had some communication errors. I wanted a Boston creme and they didn’t know what that was and I some how got a glazed filled with chocolate icing instead even though I said custard filled chocolate iced. So for future reference that’s what a Boston creme is, pretty sure every donut place knows what else are. The window worker was friendly, just didn’t know what I was talking about. I also got two regular glazed and two iced cake donuts. Maybe it was just me but they all had a weird old/chemical taste to them so they all went to the trash. Doubt I’ll be back but we’ll see.
