Let me make this easy for my vegans, this is the situation for sesame donuts. ALL of their donuts are not vegan… except one. The naked donut – it has no toppings or glaze. You can then dress it up like any other donut as long as it’s a vegan topping. I got one Oreo and one fruity pebbles.

The cashier was super nice and she helped a ton and my donuts were better than the vegan Voodoo donuts.

Update:

Staff was awesome! The gentleman with beard was friendly and helpful and his coworker was very kind. Much better care bagging the donuts too.

I think some training on how to bad donuts is in order… we bought these less than 10 minutes ago.

Sesame donuts have some excellent variety of choices to select from. Their coffee is also good too.

Amazing variety and delicious donuts and no long lines like other donut shops! Coffee is also delicious. Free WiFi! Clean tables outside and plenty of places to eat outside. Friendly staff and fast.

Was coming in almost everyday, and my drink was always like $2.70 or something. Well came in one day and it was like $4.60 or something and now I only come here like once every couple weeks, if even. Did I expect the price to be jumped at some point? Yes. But that much? No. It was nice to come here because the employees were nice, products good, and it felt like the prices were actually fair and not just driven by greed. Employees are still nice and the products still good, but like I said am not coming here as much

Today I went to the Portland location (near Clay St and Park I believe). The guy working the counter was a young man (maybe 20 years old), with long hair that he had clipped up. I didn’t catch his name. unfortunately. But I felt compelled to send a message to sing his praises. He was literally the most kind human being I have ever interacted with in the entire city of Portland. I live all the way in Saint Helens, but from now on, I will be driving to the Portland location just because of this guy. Give him a raise! He is SO polite, so kind, such an amazing attitude. You don’t find those qualities very often in young people anymore. I was blown away by this guy. Just thought y’all should know what an amazing human being you have working for you!!! If you figure out who he is, please pass my message along

My new fav coffee place! They have so many sugar free flavors. The donuts are point. Staff was friendly. The sitting area had boxes and equipment store weirdly and out in the open so it wouldn’t be a place I’d stay to enjoy my donut.

Lately, I have been visiting this location in the early evening and, unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. The donuts used to be so fresh, and delicious, and the variety of choices was out of this world! Nowadays, the donuts are quite clearly old and stale. The glaze is hard and crumbly, and the ones with custard have been sitting around so long that the moisture has spread throught out the donut and made it soggy inside. I was dumfounded as to how the quality could have gotten so poor, but then I noticed something; every time I visit this location around 6pm or later, the shelves are almost empty, but the employees are in the back, cranking out racks and racks of donuts. Why are you making so many donuts at 6pm when you close at 8pm? And why do the employees refuse to serve any of those fresh donuts from the back? I’ll tell you why. Because they are too lazy to come in at 5am to make donuts, so they make them the night before and serve up the overnight donuts the next day. I’m sorry, but this is shameless and completely unacceptable. I have been eating these donuts for probably 15 years, but I will never visit this location again, unless someone gets them to start making fresh donuts daily. If I want garbage donuts, I can just go to Safeway and get that rubbish for half the price. Stay away from this location. There is a Coco Donuts on PSU campus, where the donuts are fresh, much tastier, and cost only 40 or 50 cents more.

Sesame donuts in SW adjacent to PSU is the bomb. Using National Donut Day as the excuse to stop in. My SOP for donut calibration is the Maple Bar. Quality judgement takes more than one sample, so I consumed error rather savored and experienced this bite of heaven. I can recommend with ease.
