Sesame Donuts Reviews

We stop in here to grab a donut every now and then and they are always good. My kids like the seasonal donuts that have bright colors and/or sprinkles. Last night we found a deal on the Too Good To Go app (aims to reduce food waste) and got a dozen donuts for $5! The donuts were not stale, as they were pulled off the current display, and we got an awesome assortment of flavors we had never tried before. The girls working were super friendly. I’ll definitely be back, especially if I can get another deal.

We love Sesame Donuts! I’ve personally been coming here since it was a Dunkin Donuts when I was a child. Through the decades I’ve never had anything but a wonderful experience here. From late night visits with my minis where employees treat my children like family to birthday donuts and a few visits that included tears, everyone has always been so caring and kind hearted.
Last night was no exception. The woman working last night was so kind. Intuitive and compassionate. She had a great sense of humor and was also very generous for no other reason but to bring light to someone else’s day. It was another beautiful interaction in a day that was full of kindness and good. And I appreciate that with my whole heart.
Thank you for always being a comforting place to visit. Thank you for being here to share these simple pleasures with my babies as my granny did with me.
And thank you for having beautiful Happy Heart Donuts for my mini Queens! It really made their night!
If you’re reading this and still haven’t visited this donut shop, why? Just go and enjoy the wonderful Donuts and amazingly kind people!

Tasty doughnuts, more traditional styles, outstanding fresh made breakfast sandwiches on croissants or bagels, with egg, cheese, pastrami, & tomatoes.

Got some delicious donuts They were such a great treat after dinner. I also got a baby size maple donut for my 1 year old. She enjoyed every bite & was extremely cute to look at.

Stopped into the Raleigh Hills shop to grab a donut and an Americana. I asked to add steamed breve’ (cream) to the drink and employee Laura told me I needed to order an latte unless I wanted milk.
I explained that I just wanted cream added and she became argumentative stating I was wrong. I let her know that I just wanted cream in the coffee. She continued to argue with me even after I got my drink. It was quite childish and down right rude.
Listen, I get it’s not Starbucks but I was not asking for anything out of the ordinary or outrageous.
I love Sesame but will never again come to this location.

This location is my favorite of every Sesame location. I have 2 locations near my house where the selection of donuts is either subpar compared to this one or the staff is rude. This location they are very nice and they always seem to have a better variety compared to the other sesame locations. I drive out of my way to come to this store.

Sesame Donuts makes the best donuts! They’re dense, moist, and delicious. The lemon poppyseed donut is my favorite, but every donut I’ve had there is bomb! We made a special order to get a bunch of donuts, then made them into a wedding cake. It was a huge hit.

They R U S H you, it’s hard to decide when rushed….customers packed in the doorway while I was trying to order made me feel more rushed. Counter help looked harried and stressed and were not very friendly. The last issue was.. the donuts were STALE. NOT GOING BACK.

Locally owned by a family. Just so you know who your supporting:.) Huge selection! Check out the photo. They always have featured holiday donuts which are fun. Special event? They have a gigantic donut you can order. Generous sized donuts and always happy smiles when I bring these. People love them. Customer service is excellent and open 24 hours.

This location has really fallen in quality. The last visit, one yeast donut was completely flattened in / squeezed and the rest taste like stale frying oil.
Prices are up there too, around $11 for 6 fancy donuts.
In my experience the other day, the location on Scholls Ferry Blvd. had more selection and tastier product.
