Another DD that just has no idea what customer service is. Bad attitudes, impolite, and just non-caring about the clients. Not sure what the screening , and hiring process is but it definitely needs to change. I mean there is my drink sitting right there… Think ANYONE has enough sense to put it up in the to go pick up? NOPE they just walk by it time and time again!!! Had to ask for it !!

And as always the corporates won’t care. I bet if their bonuses were tied to these reviews something definitely would change!

This location can be very hit and miss, but whatever they’re doing lately, is absolute perfection from a-z. Entire lines are taken care of in seconds, hardly a wait. Wonderful service. The coffee actually tastes good unlike it used to in the past. Specifically the girl at the window with the colored eyes and the girl inside with the blue dreds, they were both so wonderful and helpful, everyone there deserves a raise right now, I’ve never seen it run better.

I normally do not write bad reviews. Service here is very slow. There are enough employees but they were talking to each other and arguing. There did not seem to be any manager or organization to what they were doing. Ice tea was very good but would not come to this location again

The place is so disorganized. Taking order at the pick up area. My mobile order sat there and never called out. Other dunkin have a place they place it for easy access. Mine just sat there and the hashbrowns were cold. I’ll pick a different location next time. Disappointed perks member.

Bad customer service , ignoring customers at the front door with no acknowledgement whatsoever. It’s 6 am and the lobby doors are locked. They looked at the drive thru but I drive a truck that’s higher than the posted limit.
I won’t be coming back here that’s for sure

This location single-handedly caused me to forever hate dunkin. (901 w. state rd. 84, Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. 33312.) Now, the billion dollar corporation I work for will no longer order from any dunkin going forward. they’ve never gotten one company order correct where we don’t have to return for a correction or refund. now today i put a mobile order in and it states pick it up within 5mins for the cold foam to still be enjoyed. we were there in 2mins because they are just up the street from us. not only did they have to make the order in front of us which is never an issue, but at least ensure it’s correct but, my drinks were thrown together with no care and unfinished, no brown sugar cream/foam topping at all on either. They completely left out some of the food portion of the order(hummus toast w/roasted tomatoes),the hash browns were overcooked/burnt and half of my “everything bagel bites” were bare with no “everything” seasoning on them. the lady next to me was made to wait over 30mins for a simple & single hot coco order. This was unbelievable and this location is notoriously this way. Their parking lot/drive through area is completely inconvenient with no space to back out and be in the drive through line at the same time because they overlap one another and you’re trapped like a rat. I’ve called this location phone number all day non-stop and I get nothing but the recording that states “thank you for calling dunkin donuts we’re currently busy helping guests or on another line, please try again later, Thank you”, then it promptly hangs up on me. See you never know who people know and network with. i personally know the company and, persons and people over dunkin donuts mainly the Florida division also the group over all of the remodeling of the dunkin donuts in all of Florida. I am in a good mind to contact them because I’m sure they can’t be aware of this locations practices and unacceptable services.

Honestly just close this location lol. The staff is so rude, apathetic and completely useless. I recently moved to the area and gave it the ol three times a charm, every single time it was painful. Always out of basic items which honestly I don’t care about as much as how ratchet the employees are. Playing music from their phone, eating and drinking at the counter as I ordered, it was pretty shocking. I truly think they ENJOY telling you they’re out of things just to irritate you. The last time I walked in I was literally greeted by an employee rattling off a list of what they were out of. They treat you like you’re bothering their party time – they do not actually do any work. I’ve been a retail manager for over 15 years and I would have fired every single one of those employees long ago. They are honestly a company liability. I know it’s probably not a great paying job and I am not expecting 5 star service by any means but when they’re often out of 80% of your menu items and then they treat you like an annoyance there is a major problem. Like I said, just shut it down at this point, too far gone. Surly there is a district manager that needs to be held accountable also. Crazy lol.

New staff is amazing! I literally changed my 1 star review to 5 stars after my recent visits. Service is on point and food quality now matches the rest of the franchisees standards. This dunkin use to be so bad I would drive across town to the next one anytime i wanted coffee

Horrible customer service from the manager on down. The lack of respect when talking to the employee’s show no home training at all. You never know if the doors will be open or not for one that doesn’t want to stay in the long line outside and would rather walk in. It’s sad I only go to this location for convenience only because I drive by it everyday. This entire store needs customer service lesson. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE
