There is no other donut shop that makes better doughnuts thank Krispy Kreme. This location is always clean. The service is fast and usually friendly. You’ll be in and out in no time. You can download their app to purchase ahead and earn rewards at the same time.

This Krispy Kreme’s service was on point. And the donuts, ofcourse, have not disappointed. But one item that I wanted to highlight was their service. The story: My son and I went for donut day to get the free donut offer. There was a line when we arrived but the service was really quick. One of my reasons for the 4 star was there selection was between 2 donut types, but they were still delicious. But we also went around 4pm so I don’t know if that factor played into the selection. The following Friday we went for pizza next door and decided, why not satisfy that craving again so we bought 2 donuts & my son bought a coffee latte. Both were great, but as we were waiting for the coffee one of the Krispy team members have is a donut for free as part of another promotion that I totally forgot about. Who doesn’t like free. But another reason for the 4 star was they were only taking cash that day. If it wasn’t for my son having some cash on hand we would’ve never got those donuts. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Came in with my granddaughter today to pick up some mini pink donuts.. and of course she saw the small pink sprinkle donut tee and had to have one.. they literally looked everywhere to finally find us one.. They went above and beyond to make a soon to be 4 year old extremely happy. Thank you for that extra care..

NOT GREAT AT ALL!!! Vacationing from the South, and having experienced “original” Krispy Kreme donuts from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, I found that there was NOTHING extra-ordinary about these donuts from this shop! Believe me…. I am a connoisseur of Krispy Kreme donuts! For you people that do not know, Krispy Kreme donuts are to “melt” in your mouth as you silently scream about the “goodness” your taste buds are experiencing. The ones I purchased from this shop are no better than regular “gas station” donuts.

Store needs to change the advertised hours of operation. Came in at 935 pm and employee said “we are open to make drinks only. Can’t sell you any doughnuts” they were already mopping and cleaning up and turned me away. They shouldn’t falsely advertise closing at 10 pm when they turn away customers at 935.

Krispy kreme never fails on delivering some good tasting donuts. I picked up these limited edition V day donuts for my gf since she LOVES them! Me personally, I have my favorite donut shop 😉 But this spot is good. Pricey, but good.

Personally, I’m not a donut person, but every once in awhile I’ll want one and want to try something new! This time I went with the Sour Cream Donut and the New York Cheesecake Donut and they were pretty yummy! My donut-stess (hostess) Ramona was very sweet and patient while I thought about what I wanted. They just have SOOO many choices! Enjoyed them!! Yum, yum!

Krispy Kreme donuts in Otay Ranch area is always busy with hungry customers but is always well worth the await…plus everyone is super happy and excited for donuts.
The location of this shop is great. It is next to tons of shopping and a good variety of food options. I definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme donuts location.
