Drove 30 minutes to get donuts and arrived at 9:56 granted they close at 10 but the lady says over the drive through speaker that they are closed and I said online it says you close at 10 and she said yup it’s pretty much 10. Terrible business move. Definitely do not recommend after the customer service I experienced here.

I just love coming to this location. Always friendly and pleasant and polite. The young lady’s that always serve me is always smiling and cheerful. Keep up the awesome work. I know it hard sometimes but keep your head up and smiling. Love the gas price donuts deal on Wednesday and the free one as well.

The ladies were really nice. I hadn’t had Krispy Kreme for 10 years. I asked if the donuts were “fresh”. She said yes and they were anything but. Plus they were dry. So much for a really needed treat for $21. Again, the ladies were very nice.

Guess they were really busy/behind on online orders. We showed up 35 minutes after our order said it was ready in the email, and it had not been boxed up yet.
Had to ask about the free donut for wearing red/white and blue. Girl looked stressed.
Donuts were fresh and good.

They had that promotion where the collaborated with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I purchased the dozen pack donuts with three different favors. I also wanted the Cinnamon milk thing but this location didn’t have it. The staff was so lost. One person said yes they do, another said no. Then I got to the window & they didn’t have it. The donuts weren’t what I thought they would be. Very overrated! I would rather regular glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme.

I love Krispy Kreme. One of of the people I was with is very bubbly and made friends with the manager who was quite funny! Somehow got to try a donut fresh off the rack! I will definitely be back. Very friendly staff.

But their butter cream filing was not the best. Just too much butter cream filling.
Other than that, everything thing else was good.
