Had a great visit to one the nicest Krispy Kreme’s I have ever visited. It still has the old school sign. Great crew working this morning. The new summer ice cream truck inspired flavors are worth the trip.

My wife and I stopped here on our last day in TN and got some donuts and coffee. It was a great change because we don’t have Krispy Kreme back in MA. The staff was friendly. It was cool to see the donuts being made.

I go to this Krispy Kreme location on my way to work. When they advertised their pumpkin spice latte, coffee & donuts. I was really excited to try out their version of pumpkin spice latte & donuts for the first time.
I’m always curious to try new things. & see what other donut/coffee shops have to offer compared to Dunkin & Starbucks. When it comes to pumpkin spice season.
All I can say is that I am really disappointed with their pumpkin spice flavored latte & donuts.
When I got the drink. I asked for a large size but instead I got the medium. It tasted nothing like a pumpkin spice latte. It was completely watered down with hardly any flavor of pumpkin spice & little to no ice at all.
When I first tried their pumpkin spice donuts. Because I wanted to try them. Yet I only ordered 3 of them. They were cold as ice. As if they were just in the freezer & afterwards being thawed out to serve to customers. (The donuts were not hot/fresh) at all. I was really disappointed in that as well.

A number of times I have been to this location. Almost every single employee that takes your order. Ignores you completely when you arrive at the window.
While waiting patiently on them for my order. It literally took 5, 10, 15, minutes. Then another 5 minutes goes by.
As I see the employees just walking around back & forth. While talking on the headset to take another customers order.
I end up running late for work because of them. They’re not as friendly, efficient or even fast enough to serve their customers.
Even though I leave early enough in the mornings to have time for both in between. I just want a pick me up before I go into work. It just makes my days go better.
Unfortunately their Customer Service is extremely very rude, poor manner & unprofessional. Lacking the friendliness & acknowledgment towards their customers.
I think that I will stick to the Krispy Kreme location in Cool Springs Brentwood TN.
Because they’re version of Customer Service is super friendly, fast, efficient & actually care about their customers. They get you in & out without having to wait so long.
Other places that I will stick to are Dunkin & Starbucks. Especially when it comes to pumpkin spice flavors for the season of fall.

My family loved Krispy Kreme. But this time when we order our donuts, the box was dirty and the donuts inside look like someone just through them in the box. All the donuts got messy. Very disappointed.

Love us some Krispy Kreme! We live 2.5 hours away, so it’s a real treat to get it. Only thing is, down here there were no maple donuts.

The guy working was very unprofessional and rude. We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 original glazed, 1 chocolate iced cream filled and 1glazed lemon filled. Got to the window and he had everything right except the he tried to give us a chocolate iced custard filled, to which we stated we wanted creme filled. He then rudely said that they didn’t have any creme filled, when we could see inside and they had a whole rack of them.

This is the most consistently disappointing location I’ve experienced. Either they don’t have the items advertised, they get your order wrong, or they make the item incorrectly. Sometimes a mixture of the three..

Definitely an off day at this place (at least I hope). They couldn’t take orders from the speaker, even though it was working well enough to have a conversation so that was strange, but I moved on. Next, the lady mentioned how people called off today and apologized for the wait. No worries, these donuts are great! It only went downhill from there. The lady had on gloves that were very sticky from handling all the donuts. It made my payment card sticky, and my 2 boxes of donuts sticky as well as the cup of the coffee. All that, plus got charged $17 for a completely different order of the car in front of me that drove off since they were tired of the wait. Save yourself and go to the Brentwood location. Much smoother, and less sticky operation. Oh, and the donuts were cold.

I have been eating Krispy Kreme donuts for 50 years and have never been more disappointed in a purchase. After spending $30.00 for two dozen donuts for an event and a very frustrating phone call with a manger, who refused to give her name, I have am done with my favorite donut location. I ordered two dozen assorted filled donuts. NOT A SINGLE DONUT HAD FILLING IN IT. When I called to address my experience with management, I was told I was lying and I needed to prove that the donuts were not right. I tried to explain that they were eaten because 20 different people had grabbed a donut and took bites only to realize that they were just dough, no filling. She laughed at me and said I’m not giving you free donuts and hung up on me. So, if you are looking for good donuts try one of the many local small shops here in Nashville. Probably save money. Krispy Kreme has gotten too big for their britches. I would have given zero stars if possible.
