The staff were very friendly and sweet! They handled our donuts very well, and they tasted even better! That melt in your mouth goodness that their donuts are nationally known for. The inside was very neat and tidy. There were plenty of those cute paper hats to grab, and the retro diner style is still going strong! We tried the iced glazed shake, and it was pretty okay. Beautifully blended with pieces of donut and has some crunchy garnish in top of it’s whipped cream , its pretty average. I recommend it as something new and fun to try! Will be coming back again to this wonderful place again. No matter what kind of mood you are in, you’ll never go wrong with a dozen of the best iced glazed donuts ever!

My wife stopped here. We used to love fresh Krispy Kreme donuts when we lived in Baton Rouge. This one was similar to those and had an automated frying line. We had just missed the last run, but the smell was decadent. My high A1C stops me from eating them, but I love the smell and like to look at the colorful display. Maybe one day I will treat myself.

Came into Krispy Kreme at 11:30 AM. Very few doughnuts. Was told they have been busy. Asked if more were available and was told this was it. Asked when more would be available. They said this evening before having more. We left and came back at 6:15 this evening. I walk in to see what the selection was before getting my whole family out.Just to walk in and see very very few doughnuts AGAIN! I said is this is all you have? The girl said yes. I then told her we were here this morning and told there would be more this evening. As I was proceeding to walk out I hear the girl at the counter tell the other girl on the line ” there goes another complaint” right where I could hear her talk about me.Very disappointing for my kids 2x today. Small kids don’t understand. Oh and the place was not clean and the tables were a mess without a person in the store. Picture to see the doughnut selection this evening. I didn’t take one for the morning shift because well it was almost lunch time. But when it was not any better 5 hours later I took the picture! Idk if it’s management or lack of workers or what. We have had a few good service times here but mostly bad. I hate it too because we love Krispy Kreme.

Purchased one dozen and a milk, it was 17.00. The doughnuts were cold and extremely small. We called customer service and they will look into this location to see what is happening. It is a very big location and it seems they need a good manager to keep things going correctly.

I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in forever. Today I went and got a dozen assorted doughnuts and the team member that assisted me was amazing. His name is Vern and I feel he went above and beyond and was very polite. I feel he is an asset to your company and my doughnuts were amazing . I will definitely return to this location in the future.

The only thing I would say is that, I love their doughnuts warm. Mine were cold that night, but I will say that was my fault not theirs. We got there near closing time. The staff, and the manager were very nice.

Went to the store while hot doughnuts should have been cooking. Was doing a mobile order & today was buy a dozen chocolate glazed get a dozen foe a $1. Tried to use promo code & couldn’t get it to work. So I went in the store to try to get an answer to why? I was greeted and asked if I needed anything. I explained my problem & was told it was because they didn’t have any chocolate glazed. I then asked when the hot doughnuts get cooked? I was told 5pm. When I brought to her attention it was 20 after 5pm, she looked back to see nothing was cooking & said well, May be 30 or 40 minutes then? Then I completed my online order & waited past my time to get it. I went inside & it still wasn’t ready. Waited 10 more minutes to get it & got only part of my order. Then had to wait to get it corrected.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I love Krispy Kreme but it’s hard for me to go here. I’ve had this happen i know at least 4 times at this location. I understand being out of donuts but at least tell the customers upon arrival what you only have available. To make the customer go thru the entire menu attempting to guess what’s available and having them sit in the mic saying “we’re out of that one” and the same thing for like 5 donuts in a row only to hear the employees in the background laughing. It’s very frustrating.

Placed an order 2 hours in advance. When I arrived. It wasn’t ready and she asked me what I ordered. I didn’t know exactly because I did a random dozen. Well they didn’t have two of the kind I ordered and gave me no white cream only custard filled and they were hard and cold. Disappointed to pay $16 for something no one even wants to eat. Will not be back

Hot and ready light was off, and pretty much half the donut menu was unavailable.
Part of me wants to call false advertising on the donut churros thing. On the menu it looks huge. In real life, it is so small. Smaller than a donut.
