Every time we go, we either get ice cold donuts or they are out of everything or simply closed. Did an online order, make it to the store around 6 pm on a Thursday and the store is closed! How? Had to call to request a refund. We go in this last time to order original and pumpkin and they’re, ice cold of course, but we’re also missing a donut.

Great attitude! So friends and helpful! Loved that they were playing music while helping customers. It brought such a wonderful mood in the morning. Everything was fresh and clean.

This place is TERRIBLE! I went last night, asked for six chocolate kreme filled donuts, came home and found they gave me the chocolate donuts white white filling. Called and spoke to David. He said I could come in the next day and they’d correct it. I went this evening and asked once again for the CHOCOLATE CREME FILLED DONUTS. I get home… white filling. To add, yesterday when I asked the guy at the window if they took Apple Pay, he asked someone else how, and she told him to tell me it wasn’t working. Lazy and incompetent. Never going back to this location.

You can’t beat it. Awesome donuts!
3 stars for this place though, we went for drive through around 9.30am weekday and no one came to the window. After waiting for 5-7 mins, had to go park and go inside. No one even apologized.
If you can’t serve drive though then close the drive through lane so that no one wastes their time.

I had placed an order @ 9pm under my sisters name (PAOLA TORRES) I get there 9:54, past pick up time but they close at 10 so they should’ve held to it still right. But for some coincidence they try to tell me someone came for that online order for PAOLA TORRES, already within the time I left my house to pick it up. Pretty sure they lied to my face and don’t check peoples phones for orders and basically hand out PAID online orders to anyone without proof. Don’t have a closer location to me or else I would go there but now I have to settle for this Arlington location not knowing if they’ll even have my order right or if they’ll give it out again to any “random” person. I’m 100% sure they don’t care and will take advantage of any customers if you order online past 9pm. They might just have ate your order.

I don’t know if they don’t like making hot chocolate but every single time we try to come for hot chocolate “they don’t have any” or “the machine is broke.” They’re also supposed to close at 10:00pm but way before 9 they have the lobby closed and of course no coffee or hot chocolate. Called at 9:30 to make sure they still have donuts they named all the ones they still had and as soon as I walked in they said they didn’t have anything.

As I was waiting the employee walked from the back with a blue glove holding a bottle of cleaner. He then proceeded to get my donuts with the same glove he was cleaning with. When I asked him why he had no clue how wrong that was. He then put the donuts back on the rack with the same contaminated glove. Good luck if you bought cake batter donuts after 12:30 today. This place is disgusting

The place is clean – much cleaner than the Fort Worth store. Staff was very friendly. Donuts are the same great Krispy Kreme quality you can expect!

***Beware of Ants***
Today we decided to get off and order inside the store (Arlington location) After paying, we noticed tiny ants crawling inside the glass with the donuts. We looked closer and they were all over donuts. We decided to get a refund and informed the employee about the ant infestation, but he didn’t seem surprised at all. So I’m pretty sure the employees at this location are aware of their unsanitized ways and are purposely serving/selling these donuts regardless of all the ants crawling all over. They just shake off the ants and put the donuts in the box. Disgusting. All their little cute 4th of July sprinkled donuts infested with ants. Please beware of ants on donuts. I wish I could rate this a zero.

Had a little bit of questionable customer service at the drive through, but the donuts were tasty. Fall menu is in place, you can get a mixed dozen of pumpkin variety.
