The guy working tonight straight took my $100 bill which was from 1985 and tried to tell me he was going to keep it because it was counterfeit. Myself, knowing that they didn’t use security strips or markers back then, and that it was most certainly not fake, snatched it right out of his hand and walked out, having paid for my groceries with my bank card at that point. He was rude, condensending and a complete a-hole for absolutely no reason. I won’t b back to this store EVER!

So I get being short staffed for the cafe, except they had two waitress and only about 7 people total. The waitress was rude and actually forgot to take our order for 25 mins after being seated. We were nice still, but then she didn’t bother getting us anything or checking on us in addition to being rude and getting our order wrong. We won’t be back.

HORRIBLE customer service! Never use the grocery pick up! Waited over an hour. Called 2x and they kept saying “20 min” and the girl was so unbelievably rude! I will drive out of my way to 90 and center rather than ever use this store again. I will also tell EVERYONE I know about my experience as well. Unacceptable.

Only rating the online orders. They always mess it up. So frustrating. Rvery week they forget something or the order is not ready or totally incorrect. We do a hybrid run now. I still go into the store every week to grab the stuff I know they always screw up.

Was doing the hyvee aisles online thing for awhile but then I had trouble with my app working and it was almost impossible to reach someone as they don’t answer their phones. How disappointing!
