Humble Donuts is an amazing little dessert store! They have fresh made donuts with amazing toppings that are made right there in front of you. They also have Frozen Yogurt with a reasonably cheap price per ounce. Regina, the lady working the front desk is amazing and friendly! The place is very clean and welcoming. Will come again!

UPDATE: The owner followed up and was genially appreciative of the feedback and a cool guy. We chatted about the experience and it was great to learn more about their business model and adding donuts to the original business concept. He insisted in turning this experience into a positive one and treated me to donuts. Wow! The donuts are delicious. I used them as part of a charcuterie spread I made that night and were a hit with the family. I liked them so much I purchase two more dozens as gifts the following day and got positive feedback. Thank Genaro for the follow up and for your professionalism. I look forward to future orders/visits from your store.
Original Post: Called to place an order for curbside pick up. Got no answer the first time. Tried again and got a voicemail instructing me to dial another number to place an order. I did as instructed, placed my order with a man and provided him with my credit card. Easy and fast. I got a call from a young girl stating her boss could not take my order and asked me to repeat my order. I explained that I just spoke to a man that helped me, took my order and payment and I was on my way. I arrived at the place of business and called and got no answer. So I called back the number the girl called from and she said she needed my receipt. I explained I didn’t have one since it was a phone order but confirmed it was charged to my card. She then said she called the other location and they had no order under my phone. Frustrated by now, then I called the number that was suggested I call from the voice mail and the man tells me my order is ready. He then confirms he’s at a different location. I then explain what happened and kindly ask that he have the location I’m at fulfill my order. He said that he can’t because they are under different ownership. I then asked that he please refund my money. He sent a copy of the receipt with my credit via text confirming the refund. Trying to support local and unfortunately this was not my day. I hope they can figure this curbside service out. Was really looking forward to trying this place out as I just moved here and live down the street. Stay safe y’all.

My wife and I happened to notice this place while driving by and swung in to check it out. We were immediately impressed as soon as we walked in – the place was very clean and the “donut chef” was incredibly polite and helpful. You can’t go wrong with all the options. Honestly, we were so impressed that we tossed around the idea of opening something like this back home!

First off, I was expecting bigger donuts so don’t come here if you want normal sized donuts. I didn’t want to turn down a new experience so I ordered a six pack to try it out. While the freshly made donuts tasted very nice the two stale ones we were served, not so much.The fresh ones were warm with nicely paired toppings nearly making the size of the donuts and price worth it. The lady that helped us used two previously made donuts to complete our order. I was watching her because it’s all on display. I don’t know what the reasoning behind doing that was. Save a bit of money maybe? If you’re serving your costumers stale donuts though, maybe it’s not worth using donuts that have been sitting out. Likely won’t go back, but was worth a try.

Wow!! Don’t know how much they pay the young lady at the store but it is not enough. She is so sweet , polite, professional.She is a one woman donuts making machine. I hope the owners treat her right

Can’t miss with these. Never heard of the mini donuts before but they were amazing. Just be sure to calorie count cause you can eat 10 of these easily

It was great, because @ 2:30p.m., it was not packed. There is variety & lots of toppings. The also share the space with Humble Donuts. You can customize your donuts as well, by asking to have toppings or different flavors of icing placed on Your donuts, right in front You. Win win for Me.

I don’t have a Humble Donuts where I live (NC) but have something a little close. I wanted to surprise a good friend who just moved to El Paso with a real doughnut experience so I sent a dozen today. Nothing but great reviews! Life changing was the word used. Today he tried, Maple Bacon, Chocolate glaze, Peanut Butter, Smores, and Candy Bar. Thumbs up on all. He asked to try more tomorrow!! Can’t wait for him to try the rest!! Thank ya’ll!! Awesome delicious job!
