I’m very torn here. I picked up the cake. Wrong colors. I was so upset. The bakery could have cared less. The HEB management thank goodness did care. The bakery tried to charge us. I said ABSOLUTELY not going to happen. I had no choice as my event was in an hour. I refused to pay she said okay. She was great and understanding. We served the wrong color cake and told a story and it tasted fantastic. You decide if this is for you. The customer service made up for it

I ordered a cake a month in advance. As you can see from the pictures it was poorly made. The never offered a full refund. Only offered a 50% discount. The discount was due to them messing up on the pictures. The fact of the cake buckling was never address. Madison Stacy, the Operations Manager, justified the lack of a full refund because the cake was still edible and blamed it on weather and the customer. He stated, he would rather lose a customer than give a full refund.

Thank you!! I stopped at the Trimmier bakery and they were tapped out of the strawberry cookie cake for a birthday celebration I needed TODAY! They didn’t have it and this location had one in the freezer. LIFE SAVER! This location had the candles in stock as well. I walked away empty handed at the other location on more than one occasion.

Thank God for Antonio at the bakery ❣️ I called last minute for a bday cake and he put me on a brief hold and found the one I wanted with the whipped frosting, put it in back for me until I got there. I really appreciate this kind of customer service ❣️❣️ Going above and beyond. Good job H-E-B

The bakery here isnt bad. They really know their stuff tho. When itd be my birthday, theyd really go all out with my cakes, and i love em. When i em them, i swear they put their heart into the baking n stuff
