My favorite Starbucks when I’m visiting my sister! They have been without caramel sauce for a while but many Starbucks stores are in that predicament. They are always very sweet and always have my mobile order ready no matter if I go through the drive thru or in the store.
Ordered two of the same drink, one is filled and the other is missing an inch and a half. Paid 17$ for my cup to not be filled all the way. ( i didnt ask for light ice ) they also forgot to put the drizzle on the not filled one which i also paid extra for. I normally never complain about things like this but this is about the 5th time they have messed up my order.
what the hell they made. i paid around $6 for water w a little bit flavor. They said drgnfruit sold out but the tasty is “same” AFTER they made. they never notify me before make it，

Don’t ask for light ice, the females will leave your drink with 2 inches of air before the lid. The other day a gentleman though, properly made the drink and explained how they compensate for light ice. Teach your other workers how to make the drinks, specifically the pink haired girl and heavier set white girl.
Is fine some of the time, but will put lemonade in my refresher a good chunk of the time when I ask for it to be made with water only. When I bring it up as it’s being handed to me since I can tell from the color that is made with lemonade, I am typically argued with that that is the color the drink is supposed to be. I order this drink daily at several different Starbucks across the states and have never had this issue and blatant disregard for my concerns.
Drive thru staff are so friendly EVERYTIME I go. Sam and Melanie are so sweet and such a breath of fresh air when I stop for my morning oatmeal and caramel ribbon crunch frappe. Whatever you do please don’t ever lose these employees especially Sam!
If I could give zero stars I would..
Two weeks ago I ordered through the app one hot drink one cold drink, when I arrived the drinks were not made even though the app said it would be made by the time I arrived. When the drinks were finally “ready” they were both cold drinks & I had to wait while they fixed it. A week ago I ordered again through the app, 2 goudas and drinks. After I ate the gouda I got food poisoning from it. Today I again ordered through the app one drink and one hot . I arrived 20 minutes later and they were still NOT made. Five minutes after that they had two cold drinks made.. made by the same person who messed up my order the first time. It took a total of 30 minutes after my order was placed to receive the correct items ordered. When I called the store to complain right after they blamed it due to them being “slammed” yet when I arrived there were only 3 cars in drive thru with one of them barley ordering. After they left my order was still not made until shortly after even though I ordered ahead of time before them. They need to hire workers who are not lazy!!
This is my relax haven decided to stop and go in and order the new starter things frapp did a great job and was delicious
Drive through employees at this location are rude! Instead of scolding me about how “I’m messing up your timer” maybe try to find a polite way to let me know what you need from me for things to run smoothly. Customer service isn’t about the customer always being right, but it definitely is about treating customers kindly! I will spend my money elsewhere if this is the attitude I will be met with at this location.
I ordered at the drive thru and there was a line. One of my orders was incorrect, but it was fixed. Seems like the menu was very limited even though this was first time ordering at the drive through. My drinks were okay. It took about 10 minutes to get my order.
