Great service,it is Greggs so you won’t get more than 5 slices of pepperoni on your pizza and the cheese will.be sparingly put on the slice anyway in the country, hit its great value and the service here is really good..clean store but always popular. Check out the Greggs offers on O2 if you have it

Love the modern decor, Greggs has come a long way over the years! Staff are very efficient and quick to serve, good amount of seating and during my recent visits, the pasties have always been piping hot! Nice and clean throughout also. My only criticism would be that during busy periods where queues stretch past the entrance door, myself and other customers have needed to keep it propped open so it doesn’t shut (with so many people coming in and out) and it’s not the lightest door going. I’d suggest during busy periods that it’s best propped open with a door stopper.

The guy that served me woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I made my order and did 3 other orders before doing mine (which was the exact same thing). Then gave me a load of attitude for asking him about my food. The girl with the tattoos was happy and friendly though with an actual smile on her face.

Greggs – no regrets! Good bakery items, great coffee, pasties, sandwiches and pizza, ideal for lunch time if you want something quick to eat. I do like that they have moved the business to an indoor premises so you can sit down and eat in bad weather, also keeps pidgeons at bay. The only thing i dislike is the Chicken Bake is cruel with irony, too much paste, not enough chicken.. However staff are professional/helpful so I never question if i will return, I always will as service and goods are up to scratch.. I do love their coffee, certainly a rave, arguably better than others in the area and better price. Highly reccommended.

What is with the massive cake counter, the hot food counter looks the same if not smaller than the previous building unit it had up-sized from. 5 stars if you love cakes though it looks as if they will never be out of those.

Only my second time anywhere in Gregg’s. The first time my friend bought me a coffee, it was nice more of a tea drinker. Went today staff nice polite bought a tea, not sure if its the type of milk or tea bag but I am sorry to say it was horrible. Try changing your tea brand ambiance is nice and cosy.

New shop. Always busy which might put people off, but not surprising for drinks and food are excellent and cheap when compared with nearby cafes. Seating cramped downstairs but better upstairs.Friendly helpful staff.

Popped in this evening for a coffee and sausage roll…. have to say the guy and girls working were great… really helpful and really polite a real breath of fresh air in customer service….. and the coffee and sausage roll were fab

Genuinely one of the worse Greggs I’ve been to, you order on the app for collection and spend twenty minutes waiting to be told your order was done ages ago.

The staff but a few are so unbelievably wet one can only imagine how they actually landed a job at Greggs.

It was better when there was two Greggs without a huge single queue, it doesn’t help.

Busy shop, but plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs with outside tables as well. Good prices and very efficient staff.
