Greggs is our favourite go to place for breakfast and lunch, however our experience has been let down by one individual; A young lad, who’s attitude stinks- very sarcastic, rude and not interested in providing a good customer service, which has resulted in us going to an alternative Greggs if he is working when we turn up.
It’s a shame, as we ‘were’ regular customers to this venue and the other staff members seem nice enough.
He needs training in customer service and basic communication skills.

I had previously posted a 4 star review but have to change after today. Was up and about early to go to work so stopped at 6.30 for breakfast. 2 guys in front of me who ordered drinks, I ordered a breakfast baguette and a latte but no food ready at least 10 minutes wait. If you open for breakfast at 6.30 serve breakfast not just drinks.

This is my first visit to a Gregg’s. Had a bacon and sausage baguette and a coffee. Good value compared to McDonalds which was where I was going to until I thought I would try Gregg’s. The chap serving was friendly and chatty and more my age ! Will definately bey choice over McDonalds from now on. Sorry I forget the picture. Will add some on my next visit to a different Gregg’s.

Went in for a ham and cheese baguette for my 7 year old son who prefers them over mc donalds to be told 30 mins before closing time the ovens are off. My son was very upset could not understand why it supposedly takes 15 mins to warm a microwave sized oven up. As a qualified chef I know that is complete B.S.

poor customer service as i was in the que for 45 minutes only 1 person serving and 4 people in the back making a sandwich. felt sorry for the one person serving
