We got the cheesecake cookie, the waffle cookie and the classic pink sugar cookie . Each cookie was AMAZING!! We definitely went back for seconds that same night . Crumbl cookies never disappoint. And the service is always pretty good and fast. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has a sweet tooth for cookies and not afraid to try new flavors

First time visiting this location was Monday 5/30. I will not be returning. I ordered 2 cookies and it took over 30 minutes to get them. Nobody said “hi welcome to crumbl” when I entered the store. There was nobody at the register to help customers and the whole time I was watching one of the workers talk on her phone while making the cookies. Extremely unsanitary to see her touch her phone with the glove, then touch the cookie dough, then rest her phone on the bin. When I got my chocolate chip cookie it looked like this. This is not how their cookies should look. But when the girl gave me my cookies she did not open the box and ask if it looked ok. I will not be returning!

Cookies are delicious here!! They definitely got the circular shape down that a cookies is supposed to have. The curbside pick is great; recommend to park in a visible area for them to recognize your vehicle. Downside is the limited parking space. Use your time wisely if you know your order is coming up, I’d suggest to be nearby for sure. Competition out here because if you’re down for some other pastries 85 degrees is near by as well if you don’t want the wait.

Cookies are delicious and you can share because they are so big!!! Can’t say too much about the quality of work aside from the baking– sometimes sloppy with chocolate on the box or your order isn’t correct…
I went today and my order was wrong. I went back and they corrected it.

Order the cookie on the kiosk on the right side. Cookies are a bit on the pricier side for what you get. Had the milk chocolate chip cookie which tasted good. But beware signs inside indicate cookies are 90-110 calories which seem odd. But online says that is per serving. A whole cookie is closer to 550 calories.

I can’t stand cookies that have NOT finished baking. If you can’t bake a good cookie all the way through, you don’t have a good cookie. If you like a cookie that have not finished baking, this is your place.

Really enjoy this place and love the variety of weekly flavors they have! The only bad thing is sometimes your favorite flavor will be out of stock for a while. Easy to order online for pick up or use credit card at the store for contactless order as well. They sell a nice cookie cutter for the large cookies as well. Definitely recommend a quick visit to this amazing gem in the heart of Lincoln Center!

I ordered my cookies at 7:20 and I ended up waiting almost a hour for 6 cookies! I had to go up and ask the person working if I can get my cookies. After waiting so long and she told me “Oooh yeah go ahead and grab them off the counter”. For as much as these cookies cost I expected better service!
