Absolutely delicious food. It’s all GF and then some is vegan. We bought a Sausage Bomb, a Blueberry Pie Bar and Everything scones. All delish. She makes different items on different days, so when you get hooked on item and she has something different, just try something new. We think the shop would benefit from some lighter colors on the inside shop.

When comparing to gluten free miracles, this place wins by a landslide. My sister is a celiac and I’m not and I can vouch that the gluten free items at 8horse taste like regular foods. Prices are similar but the quality that this bakery puts into their food items is far superior than gluten free miracles. Happy to see some competition in Lexington

Delicious gluten free bakery, plenty of options, sweet (key lime cheesecake, almond blondie, bacon cornbread w maple frosting) and savory (cheddar sausage balls, scones), and owner is planning for more. Also, the insignia is a cool design, buy a shirt!

this place is a small keto type place. i’ve stoped here a few times when in Lexington. they do a great job of baking cookies,cakes,pasteries. maing me hungery and wanting to there now. Go try it out. you park right outside of the place on curb.
