I understand the hospitality industry isn’t the best. But when every part of my order is completely wrong and poorly made I’m going to issue my concerns online. Half dozen donuts that were poorly made and weren’t even what I asked for. This store usually gets my order correct every time I’ve came here. Please fix these issues as this quality seems deliberate.

terrible, went around 7:30. got my food in drive thru at 8:10. the hash browns were cold and soggy. the tortilla on the breakfast burrito was rock hard. the bagel was burnt and they forgot my cream cheese. my latte was the only thing made right. never returning

It took an unreasonable amount of time for someone to take my order even after ringing the bell. There was a lot of staff behind the counter and a lot of chatting. The server dropped the beverage and had to remake it. It tasted more like just sugar water and nothing like the refreshing advertised flavors.

After not moving in the drive-through line at 8:35am, I reversed and went inside. It took 11 minutes for just one coffee. At first he messed up and had to remake it. And then he handed it to me with a lid not on and it spilled. I made a comment and said “hey next time make sure the lid is on your coffee before you hand it” & the older lady yelled to me “well he’s new” and I said well you guys have to work on your speed and accuracy as well. And she said “well, if you don’t like it don’t ever come back” as she yelled as loud as the whole store could hear at me. Which is completely unprofessional and just disgusting behavior. Smh

The coffee was absolutely amazing! The 2 bacon mini omelette things didn’t taste very good almost like it was flavored cardboard and came right out of a box. The sandwich was missing a few things but was remade and the staff was extremely nice! The only real issue I had was that for a coffee, sandwich, and those mini omelettes it took almost 25 minutes to get done. When I went back because stuff was missing, it took another 15 minutes. It’s ok though they let me keep the wrong sandwich too so that more then made up for it!!!! I’ll definitely go back because sometimes people really do just make mistakes and they offered a remedy to fix it!

Came in at 10 am on a Tuesday. Greeted immediately by a very friendly gentleman. Very efficient and quick with our order. Clean establishment. We’ll staffed. Great place

Horrible I came at the drive thru on Thursday at 8:10am I didnt get my coffee until 8:37am. Aside from that I noticed once someone arrived at the window they would take about 5 to 10 minutes with them so when I arrived at the window and since I didn’t want to be late for work I asked before I paid if they were going to take additional time.. the girl taking my payment was rude telling me they are busy and if I dont want to wait I can leave she seemed annoyed and clearly lacked customer service if they can’t handle the busy rush in the mornings they shouldn’t be there period. As for me this was my first and last time coming at this location. Management should really pay attention. Customer service is everything I get that these places get busy in the mornings but to deal with their own staff’s bad attitude is too much.

Ordered ahead but when I got there eight minutes later, they were still making it. It wasn’t a problem. Barista was super sweet!
