Says it closes at 7, yet they purposely block the door so noone can come in. I pulled up at 615pm. I cannot use the drive thru because my truck will not fit. Good job guys!! Need to fire everyone in that store asap!

We stopped to try the new pumpkin spice latte and some pumpkin spice munchkins and they were heavenly!!! The young ladies who work here were very friendly and you can tell they care about their job. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Poor customer service. Cashier/ order taker doesn’t have any manners or tries to connect with the customer. They make you feel that they are annoyed just by taking your order when it’s the customer traffic who put you on schedule, you pay check, etc. You will find a way better experience at McDonalds across the street. I have never had any issues there and the hispanic community are always super warm and welcoming.

It’s like everyday they make it their personal goal to inconvenience the customers in new and creative ways. Sometimes I get coffee with milk instead of a dunkaccino, sometimes I get a half empty cup with stains all down the side because it clearly spilled but they slapped a lid on there anyway, and today I got a sliced stale bagel with cream cheese as a container in the bag instead of on the bagel idk what that management be doing to train people they hire but it ain’t right

They have yet to get my drink made correctly. Let’s say, you say you want mocha and cream. Most normal stores would put the correct number of pumps for the size, meaning 4 pumps for large etc, instead they put 1 of each. It’s ridiculous. I don’t go there much cause it’s always wrong. Those people need to be shut d down and retained.

Terrible customer service, given snarky looks at the drive thru because they forgot to give me my food and I’m forced to sit there 10 minutes. Food is always cold and wet. Will not be going back

We only came here once while living nearby and these are the photos of what we bought. The ordering process was strange and chaotic, but they gave us what we wanted. The donuts didn’t taste as good as they may look in the photo, so that’s the main reason for 3 stars. You can see that the chocolate donut on top was smashed and lost its frosting on the inside of the box. It was an OK experience, but not worth going back.
