They cut off the coffee machines an hour before closing, could not get a latte. Got offered to get a regular unflavored hot coffee with swirl in it? The woman did not even know how to pour cold foam over a coffee either. After going back and fourth on different coffees and being told they can’t make it or don’t know how to I decided to leave. Get better workers please and work more on training them! Every time I come here it’s never a pleasant experience. Will not come back.

My kids and I came through this Dunkin Donuts this morning before City Meet. We pulled up to the drive thru at 5:58 and were told to come back at 6am. I drove around the building and arrived at 6am. I was told to wait while “the drawer is being put in the till.” Finally, she asked if she could take our order. I ordered a frozen matcha latte for my swimmer and she yelled, “I’m trying to tell you ma’am, our machines are down and we are not making any frozen drinks.” I told her this is the first time I have ordered and I didn’t know. She continued to yell and I told her if it was too much of a burden to serve us, we would leave. She said, “thank you.” I told her to have a blessed day and drove off. We went to McDonald’s. I understand 6am is early and you may not want to be working, but if your establishment opens at 6am, expect you might have customers at 6am. Especially a coffee place. Otherwise, don’t open at 6am. We were just a family trying to get to swim warm ups on time. I don’t think the rudeness was deserved or necessary at all. I’m sorry that woman was having such a terrible morning that she took it out on customers.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is probably just as bad as the one in high point when it comes to customer service and courtesy. For some reason everybody is always angry or PO about something. A lot of anger in the Drive-Thru . I always try to be kind and nice but they honestly either need new people working there or new management. The only explanation is that the managers are giving the workers a really hard time which is why they are always so angry and borderline rude. I remember when Dunkin Donuts used to be pretty awesome.

My family and I love Dunkin’ and usually this is our fav location however we will not be going back after the atrocious encounter we had today. The lady at the window literally handed my husband our drink and said “here” with a not pleasant attitude. Then continued to roll her eyes and hand our drinks through the window with the worst attitude possible.

Their attitudes are terrible. Like how are you mad at me because I want to order my coffee. Then when I said something back (regarding her attitude) she over charged me, but that’s okay because God sees everything. It’s like they’re aggravated just by your presence. Go somewhere else to avoid starting your day like this, trust me!

I like this Dunkin, because it is convenient to my commute. However, they get my only order right probably 25% of the time. I always ask for only one pump of sweetner, and almost every time without fail, they give me the normal amount of sweetner.

BUT I love Dunkin. Of course, I boil up some more patience and go again 🙂

I love Dunkin, but this store is so understaffed and poorly managed. More often than not their lobby is closed, and be prepared to wait 20+ minutes in the drive thru even if you placed your order on the mobile app to try to save time.

Lady at the window told us to “be more specific” when the receipt had the correct order and they gave the wrong thing. Teach your employees to watch their mouth. Other than that everything’s cool.

The person with blonde/bleached locks was awfully rude. I decided to give them another chance, and on another occasion, ordered an iced coffee with 3 pumps of butter pecan syrup. Should’ve tasted it before I drove off but they forgot the syrup. Wow thanks guyssss

I’ve been here once and I didn’t have any issues. They got the order right (even threw in an extra donut) and the workers seemed friendly enough. Maybe it is hit or miss here?
