Line took too long, when we finally got to order my husband asked for a large hot caramel macchiato and the lady asked if he wanted flavor and he said “Caramel”.. after a lengthy wait, my husband still did not received what he asked as it was rang up wrong even after being told 3 times he wanted CARAMEL. Our croissants were also stale and tasted like they had been sitting a while. I’m a regular Dunkin’ customer and my experience at this specific location was anything but worth the detour on the way home.

Inside is never opened, so drive thru is the longest wait ever. Manager is always rude. Can’t blame short staff cause when I attempted to enter there was at least 4 people working. The manager inside just yelled only mobile orders!!! I said I just need 2 donuts for my kids, it’s their special treat morning. He scream I don’t care get out. Never again. I hate the other coffee place, but I rather give them my money now.

We went to Dunkin’ donuts on East Chester after is East Chester after church. They had no glazed donuts nor did they have fruit donuts or lemon filled donuts. It’s ridiculous that after church they do not have a variety of donuts to choose from. If they sell that many early in the morning then they need to be having more being prepared immediately so that there are plenty for the people who go after church. So we ended up with just one cup of coffee. I will not be returning to this location. I’m very disappointed in this location. I live nearby, but then had to drive more than six miles out of my way.

Anne was GREAT considering it was only her and another new employee! Dunkin recognize and appreciate the TWO employees that were there on a 4th of July holiday. Very short staffed but still managed to provide customer service with a smile!

Came for lunch ordered my food, when I got to the window they inform me that they don’t carry what I ordered so I have to order from the window. From there they give me a bag full of cold stuffed bagels with no sandwich. I then have to come inside and order again. Terrible service and you can tell most of the employees are there to collect a check. Sanitation is very questionable

A younger white girl served me in the drive thru. Both sandwiches were cold and gross. I asked for a cup of water, she tried to charge $1. Super lame location beware

Ordered bacon egg n cheese croissant bacon too hard to eat croissant dry and old could only take 1 bite. So disappointing this sandwich used to be a hot delicious sandwich

Ordered a medium matcha latte. Waited for a long time with only one car in front of me and one customer at the counter. I’ve been here before and it is usually slow at the drive through. Then I get my cup and it feels light. Picture below. I let them know and the girl says “that’s how lattes are.” Really? I’ve gotten them before. The foam was literally disappearing as I was holding the cup. She had an attitude that was clearly visible while they made me another. Everyone was moving sloth pace and it was obvious they don’t care. It’s so hard to find a decent Dunkin’ Donuts anymore!

I asked for sweet tea and right before they handed it to me, they asked me to confirm it was a sweet tea. I take my first sip of it and it’s black coffee… The manager was the one who made it and literally asked me if it’s sweet or unsweet, repeated exactly what I said, and then gave my black iced coffee. I have no clue how you get the two confused but I won’t be coming back to find out.
