First time at this Dunkin. It was much better that the Vaughn location. Everything I ordered was in stock. We got a power breakfast sandwich, 2 Americanos with vanilla and cold foam, avocado toast, bagel breakfast sandwich, and bagel bites for $24 not bad. All the food taste like it was from frozen but I don’t mind. The coffee was good. The cashier was friendly. The tables have built in charging which I thought was super cool!

Service was great. My drink was great. However, we ordered four chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles and got two with tons of sprinkles and two tasty looked like the sprinkles were removed. And the two Boston creme donuts we received had very little chocolate on the tops.

Was just at this location this morning. Upon taking my order I asked for salt and pepper, the cashier stated that she would put it in my bag. Moving to the next window, I was handed an iced coffee that I did not order. A second person came to me and asked me what I ordered. This was the same person who took my order. A third person actually had what I ordered and I asked if there was salt/pepper in the bag, she looked me in the eye and said yes. Well of course once I got to my destination there was no salt/pepper and the food appeared to be thrown haphazardly in the bag. Would rate a 0 if I could. I’d rather not spend my money on food provided to me by forgetful, slow and non-truth telling people.

Almost everytime something is wrong. Today there was a large amount of grounds in my coffee. The donuts always have a skimpy amount of icing, but today that skimpy amount was melted and dripping off. Third our biscuits were burnt on our chicken biscuits.
They have corrected items before and the service isn’t bad but when I get to the bottom half of my coffee at home and discover it’s full of grounds I don’t want to go back.

It took 15 minutes as a walk in customer with only one person in front of me to get my order taken. The attendant was more interested in her cell phone conversation and text messages than taking orders. When she did take my order…it took three times for her to get a simple hazelnut coffee ordered. It was still wrong. I swear everyone in the store was trying to win the uncustomer service award. Won’t be visiting this place again.

Ummmm … no offense to the staff, but there were things about this place (and I assume all of them) that will pretty much ensure we don’t return.
1. Cash is required for gift cards. (Yeah, cash! Who has cash??)
2. An order of hash browns is a little container of six (!!!). Seriously.
3. Snackin’ Bacon = a small pile of droopy bacon pieces. They taste good, but not worth it.
Again, I’m not complaining about the staff. Not their fault.

The service is always terrible and so is the food. I’ve been to this location numerous times to give them multiple chances over the past four months and it’s disgusting. The donuts look gross and the icing is runny and sticky. The sandwiches I order are never fully cooked or they give me the wrong order. My iced coffee is continuously wrong or has sugar granules layered in the bottom.

This place is In dire need of supervision and new management. Horrible service, rude employees with no leadership. The whole restaurant was dirty and all the bathrooms were supposedly broken and and locked up. A drink was thrown at the window and we know why now. Even the parking lot was littered with trash.

Restrooms were out of order and the staff seemed like they could care less about it. I’m sorry but I just drove all the way from Atlanta and I really had to go..thank god walmart was across the street. Coffee was alright. i guess this kind of experience is to be expected in Alabama lol.
