I normally have no issues with this location, but the past 6-8 visits are declining. Most the changes have been small, but this mornings isn’t acceptable. I ordered my usual large tea without ice. I received a ⅔ filled cup and was told they are allowed to fill it up. HUH?? I seem to remember getting a full cup a few weeks ago. Guess I’ll have to decide if I want to return.

This Dunkin’ has changed drastically since I’ve been here last time. The employees literally ignored me and wouldn’t take my order. They acknowledged the girl in front of me, but swiftly left as soon as she saw me. The employees are so rude now, and they just simply didn’t say a word to me. I left because I was running late to an appointment I had even though I had ample time before it since I was waiting for them to take my order.

The staff was absolutely horrible. After ordering a mobile order I sat in line for 20 mins. That was fine but when I pull up to the window my drink is made (completely watered down) and I was told very rudely that I had to pull up with the other 5 cars to wait on a bagel and an apple juice. I told her very nicely I could not wait and needed a refund she then REFUSED my refund because it was going to take as long as the bagel. I ended up having to leave and call customer service to get a refund. The lady behind the window was the absolute WORST. I understand customer service is hard, but you do not have the right to treat customers who are being nice to you horribly. Will never go back to this location.

Not sure if it’s just me, doubt it but I would love to switch from Starbucks to Dunkin since it’s cheaper…can’t do it. Most every time I go I order a medium iced coffee with either hazelnut or butter pecan swirl. Not sure how I should order this drink differently, because every time it looks almost like milk when they hand it to me. Not sure if they don’t make their coffee strong enough or put WAY too much cream in, or if the people working have NO clue on how to make an iced coffee. Either way it’s always a waste of $3. Hate it but it’s true. Wish it was better!

Donuts were fresh and there were alot of choices to choose from. The young lady that prepared my sandwich was awesome. They’re always friendly when you enter.

This branch has gone downhill and now digging a hole to go even further. The products are never right. The food products including the doughnuts are always stale. The best branch I have found so far, is Ann Street.. They have had fresh doughnuts and bagels. The staff is always quick and friendly and my drinks have always been right. Vaughn Rd needs to take a few lessons from Ann Street

I went through the drive thru, ordered my food. I was asked to pull forward, then I was asked to pull forward more. The person behind me pulled around me because people were lining up behind her. When my food was brought out, the Employee went to the lady in front of me. She obviously told her that it wasn’t herself. The Employee came to my car and asked me if I had ordered the specific sándwich and I said yes. The Employee asked me was I sure that’s what I ordered. I said yes and asked her do you think I would lie about it and she said she didn’t know if I would. The cars were lining up as though they were going back through the drive through line again. It’s not my fault they are not orgainized and not getting the food out. First and last time going to this location!!!

The Vaughn rd location is the worst!!!! The staff has the worst customer service they’re rude almost every time I come. I work in prattville and I love their service it’s so consistent I wish I could go there every day! The only best experience I’ve had was with Laico! He was so welcoming and he went over and beyond to help fix my dissatisfaction with over! Please get them some training on how to work with the public because it’s not a god look for a business!!!!! They need to know without customers they won’t have a salary!!!

The staff is unprofessional. They “run out” of donuts too early. Closes before posted closing time. There’s an older female manager during the evening that was nice but the others are NOT customer friendly.

The service is EXTREMELY slow to the point I walked out after 20 minutes. They had barely any donuts on their shelf and kept getting drive through orders incorrect.
