I didn’t expect this Pilot service station to be so large when I entered. It’s a nice place. There’s a Dunkin attached as well as a nice deli area and some seating. I wish the area to complete an order was larger however because the line piles up and takes an odd curve around the side very abruptly during lunch hours. Other than the line, I’ll definitely visit again.

When I can I stop and get the Best Pizza Ever ….this is my go to for pizza + Well worth the price. Nice clean store and able to sit and eat staff has always been very nice and always speaks I love this as a paying customer it makes a huge difference on if I stop , also when I fill up gas tank they always has windshield washer cleaner in a bucket that’s perfect I drink in from Kaufman and I smash lots of bugs.

Site has a DD Express. No Ice coffee made and the attendant wearing the DD uniform was more interested in her phone call then helping. The cashier apologized for her behavior.

I filled up and ask for a receipt they gave me a receipt it was for a company truck but when I looked at the receipt down the road it was an entirely different receipt and they couldn’t find the one that I used on the pump so I’m not sure what was going on there but I hope I don’t have to pay for the $60 I put in refer fuel to my company because I cannot get the receipt just lack of technology or understanding their system on their part I guess otherwise I guess it’s okay coffee is coffee Donuts or Donuts that’s all I had they couldn’t even find the receipt that I paid cash for the donuts in the coffee for the time that I was in there wow

It’s in a gas station clean and friendly its self serve it’s minimum of donuts also you can get cold or hot drinks I like you make it yourself when you are on the go

These employees have a very bad attitude and the manager obviously didn’t care. I approached the “Dunkin'” counter to order donuts like you would at any Dunkin, and the lady behind the counter said rudely ‘we don’t serve you here, you get what you want from the cabinet’ and pointed to the cabinet with individual donuts. I said I needed 2 dozen, she said “then get them yourself and put them in a box” I told the manager the employee needed a better attitude and the manager responded “well she’s right, you get it yourself”
I do not mind getting them myself, but I expect to be treated better at any business. I will take my companies business elsewhere.

This dunkin Is inside the pilot truckstop also known as One9 or Mr fuel truck stop. They only have 4 diesel pumps and it’s really tight to get in. No showers or laundry.
