This Dunkin’ location is amazing, brand new store, with fast service, very convenient drive through, employees are so nice, it also has Baskin-Robbins ice cream.
Donuts and coffee are always fresh, small seating area but there are tables outside. Highly recommended!!

I placed an UberEats order around 7:05 to be delivered in 45-55 minutes. The Uber driver called me at 7:17 saying the shop had a problem with my order and I needed to contact them. I was able to call them at 7:29. The young lady who answered the phone said that for orders as big as mine, I needed to call them prior to placing the order. This is NOT stated anywhere on Uber Eats or on the Dunking Donuts website. In addition, the young lady had a very poor attitude on the phone. The delivery of the order was at 9:10. The Uber Eats driver was so nice and respectful, but the shop has major room for improvement. When I talked to them on the phone, we agreed that they would send whatever they had available, but it still took them over an hour to fulfill the order. The donuts were hardly glazed and they did not meet my expectations. They also tasted like cardboard. This was my first experience with Dunkin Donuts and most definitely my last.

I went ahead and placed a mobile order ahead of time to pick up inside. The lobby is closed so they make you pick it up thru the drive thru. I placed my order ahead of time specifically to avoid the drive thru. I get in the drive thru and there’s two cars in front of me and of course once you are in line you can’t just leave. If the lobby is closed they should not be letting you place orders ahead of time if they’re going to force you to go thru the drive thru anyway. This is the second time this happens, the first time I let it go even though I was late to work because I had to sit in line behind 4 cars. Awful, I will definitely not be returning to this location. And to add insult to injury my matcha latte wasn’t even full. They left so much foam on my drink.

I’ve always loved Dunkin for many years, and when this location opened, I was so excited because it was closer to me. But, I will have to stop visiting this location unless they change the management. Many times they are out of what you want. What is most frustrating is your order is messed up, not once, twice, on many occasions. I’m just tired of calling them when I finally discover they gave me the wrong order. See the picture below, order compared to what I received.

Received burnt, dry, old food twice in one week.. contacted customer service and have yet to receive any contact from the location.. great thing about it in the pictures found hair upon review of the pictures.. disappointed we have no money to waste…

I like dunkin. It’s a good change from the other coffee place. But service lacks sometimes. Charging for different milk in coffee. And no deduction of the milk not being used makes no sense to up charge on a drink. People could be nicer. It’s not that hard. Do better

The manager is bipolar she is super nice one day and the other day she can be extremely rude and they pick and choose when they want to make certain drinks if they are not in the mood to make your custom drink they will tell you that they are out of that certain flavor or product, and let me end with the girl in the front that charges you if you ask her for anything she will just tell you no straight up without finding out or asking. I hope they can stay in a good mood all the time I love Dunkin but unfortunately most of them have poor service.

I’ve been ordering from this location regularly since they opened. At first, the coffee was great and fresh and the staff was friendly. For the past few months, I’ve been seeing a new face almost every week! Rude baristas and not so clean place anymore. the quality of the coffee and food is terrible lately and yesterday did it for me. I was given two large coffees with BAD MILK! As I took my first sip I felt this weird taste and texture and I immediately knew it was bad milk. When I took the lid off the milk was separating and the coffee looked disgusting. Never again!

When this Dunkin first opened we had lots of problems. Rude employees, messed up orders, inconsistent hours. I chalked it up the pandemic and stopped going. This year we started going again and had some great experiences.

That all changed today. My wife placed an order at 6:50am to the store for a donut she wanted. When I arrived I placed my usual coffee order and advised them I have an online order. I provided the name and, after a moment, I was told ok and drive up to the window. Katrina is super nice (as are most of the employees) and takes my order. I mention the online order and she sounds surprised. She then says they don’t have an order for that name.

Next thing I know another woman is coming out saying they don’t have an order for that name and their system is working fine. I call my wife on the phone IN THE DRIVE THRU and have her send the picture. I then get accused of placing the order while in the drive thru! I am told I am holding up THEIR line and next time I need to place the order in advance. This is very insulting considering I’ve already placed the order. The woman, whom I assume is the manager because all the other employees just stopped talking when she showed up, walked away and grabbed a donut and gave it to me. She said next time to do the order properly to which I replied how is it my fault if I have proof of purchase but your system doesn’t see it? I provided proof and you’re still blaming me for your long line? I was then told I am putting words in her mouth, we are done, and get out of the drive thru. She walked away…absolutely trash service. This is something I would expect from a young teenager who has no desire to work, not from someone of her age and position in the store. Like I have said, the employees are normally extremely nice and welcoming. But this is our second incident with this woman/manager (the first was my wife placed an order and tried to use both t-mobile codes we have and was refused by this woman/manager).

I filed a complaint with corporate and I’m waiting to speak with the store owner. Until then I have no desire to shop here any more. I love Dunkin but this experience has soured my desire to spend money on their product. I’d much rather drive 20 minutes from my house if it means I’ll be respected as a customer.

I was so excited to go to Dunkin near me! Unfortunately, the food was absolutely terrible. I waited over 30 minutes for a cold bagel with cold cheese and egg. The person with me got the same level of food. See pictures. I get it’s new, but cmon, it’s disgusting.
